  Simply amazing and stress free.

  Najla was very thorough, when it came to our meetings, to answering questions we had or any advice I was looking for- she always had the answers. She responded quickly and was easy to communicate with. She took the time to listen and understand our vision for the wedding. She made sure everything was in order, all while being kind, caring and helpful. Our vendors also loved her and working with her! This was truly the best gift my husband and I could give ourselves - was hiring Najla and having her be our day of coordinator. Oh and I forgot - she makes the most amazing timelines! Your day will be a breeze and the best ever!

  I can honestly say this was our best investment. We booked the full service plan and feel we got so much more! Najla nailed each and every vendor, even on our 8 month timeline. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Najla's organization and attention to detail was right up our alley. Despite her other clients and engagements, we always felt personally cared for and attended to. I was honored to have her as part of our wedding experience. 10,000/10!!!!

  Best decision we made in wedding planning

  My husband and I were planning a destination wedding and it would have been impossible without the services of Najla. We originally had planned to do an elopement, but when we decided to do a traditional wedding we were lost. Najla guided us and helped us make decisions we had no idea we had to make. She was extremely professional and made every effort to be flexible with our demanding work schedules and 2 hour time difference. All of her vendor recommendations were spot on and easily found them within our budget. We ended up UNDER budget on our wedding and I owe it all to Najla. Honestly this wedding would not have happened without her and Hiring Najla was the single best decision we made. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning an event.

  Out of town Troutdale Wedding

  I hired Najla to help me organize a wedding in Troutdale but I'm actually living in Portland. I chose the partial planning because I'd already booked some vendors, but I still wanted guidance for a great overall event. Najla had regular meetings on zoom with my and husband, which kept us organized and on track, and her recommendations for necessary vendors were awesome. I especially felt nervous for overall event design as it's not my strong suit and Najla nailed our theme and the venue looked amazing and cohesive. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Najla Rose, if anything I think I should've got the whole planning package instead of the partial one, it's well worth it!

  Wedding Planner

  Najla is hands down the best event planner I could’ve ever had! She had every single detail under control, and always calmed my nerves when I was stressed! My wedding was huge and had so many details, and she was able to take care of it all (even the things that I didn’t think of). Her meetings and check-ins were always so great, and she was just a text, call or email away if I ever needed anything or even to just chat about being stressed! We had 24 people in our bridal party, and she managed to effectively and efficiently facilitate such a large group (bless her soul) even with all their energy! I highly recommend Najla for not only weddings, but all events, as I’ve attended events she has planned before and they were always so beautiful and put together. 10/10!

  Hire Najla as your wedding planner!

  Najla was our full-service wedding planner, and she helped pull off our vision exceptionally. Her calm demeanor, communication, and willingness to flex with our many ideas, indecisiveness, and busy schedule were instrumental in the planning process. She understood our style of timeless, classic, understated elegance from the get-go. My husband and I were planning our wedding in 8 months from long-distance with two full-time jobs and 98% of our guests were flying in from out-of-state (their very first time visiting Oregon!). That was an incredibly big task, and Najla tackled the challenge head on.
  
  From the personalized welcome gift bags, menus, ribbon-tied programs to the seating chart, save-the-dates, monogrammed posters, Najla worked on all and assembled the personal details, which made our wedding meaningful! Additionally, we had to gather a rain contingency plan last-minute due to inclement April rain weather, and Najla was on top of it.

  Fantastic day of coordination services!

  Najla and Nancy were fantastic coordinators for our wedding in October 2021. Najla created our day of timeline, recommended the best vendors, and really helped guide us through the process. We paid for day of coordination but it included so much support from Najla and her team. Nancy was our coordinator on the actual day of and the transition was seamless. It felt like Nancy had been helping us plan all along, which shows how detailed and caring both Najla and Nancy are. We just got to relax and enjoy our day - they took care of everything!

  I cant say enough about how much Najla did for us and our wedding! She was so helpful finding all the vendors we needed, and made sure everything was completed to perfection. I can honestly say I couldn't imagine what it would of been like trying to plan a wedding without her expertise. She was always available, and had an answer to our every question and need! Honestly 10/10 professionalism, and don't look any further because there is no one better!

Najla stepped up and offered to transport everything in her vehicle days before the wedding. If you're on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinater we highly recommend Najla. Having her there to ensure all the details of the day were taken care of was a huge relief and gave of peace of mind. You won't find a more friendly, professional event planner near Portland.

  Not only did Najla help plan my wedding but she also designed and set up a beautiful dessert table and centerpieces for us. I highly recommend her if you are planning an event. She is easy to work with, responsive and she listens to what is important to the couple she is working with.

  Najla Coordinated our wedding from the very start to the very end. She helped us make decisions on venues, photographers, videographer, etc... and we were pleased with it all. She has a unique eye for detail. Everything she designed had its own personal touch. Her energy was always so positive, it was refreshing.
