Najla was very thorough, when it came to our meetings, to answering questions we had or any advice I was looking for- she always had the answers. She responded quickly and was easy to communicate with. She took the time to listen and understand our vision for the wedding. She made sure everything was in order, all while being kind, caring and helpful. Our vendors also loved her and working with her! This was truly the best gift my husband and I could give ourselves - was hiring Najla and having her be our day of coordinator. Oh and I forgot - she makes the most amazing timelines! Your day will be a breeze and the best ever! -

I can honestly say this was our best investment. We booked the full service plan and feel we got so much more! Najla nailed each and every vendor, even on our 8 month timeline. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Najla's organization and attention to detail was right up our alley. Despite her other clients and engagements, we always felt personally cared for and attended to. I was honored to have her as part of our wedding experience. 10,000/10!!!! -

Najla and Nancy were fantastic coordinators for our wedding in October 2021. Najla created our day of timeline, recommended the best vendors, and really helped guide us through the process. We paid for day of coordination but it included so much support from Najla and her team. Nancy was our coordinator on the actual day of and the transition was seamless. It felt like Nancy had been helping us plan all along, which shows how detailed and caring both Najla and Nancy are. We just got to relax and enjoy our day - they took care of everything! -

I cant say enough about how much Najla did for us and our wedding! She was so helpful finding all the vendors we needed, and made sure everything was completed to perfection. I can honestly say I couldn't imagine what it would of been like trying to plan a wedding without her expertise. She was always available, and had an answer to our every question and need! Honestly 10/10 professionalism, and don't look any further because there is no one better! -

Najla was the day-of coordinator for our wedding day. It was very reassuring to know that everything was in capable hands and the day would go incredibly smooth. She took care of all setup for ceremony and reception, working with the venue staff to ensure everything was on schedule. One of the best qualities of Najla is her willingness to adapt and go the extra mile. This was apparent when we had trouble determing how we would transport our flowers and decorations. Najla stepped up and offered to transport everything in her vehicle days before the wedding. If you're on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinater we highly recommend Najla. Having her there to ensure all the details of the day were taken care of was a huge relief and gave of peace of mind. You won't find a more friendly, professional event planner near Portland.
