I cannot say enough good things about Sydney from Sunflower Entertainment! From start to finish, Sydney was organized, calm, and incredibly helpful. On our wedding day, we had quite a few unexpected hiccups — from lighting issues to timing mix-ups and even a melting cake — but Sydney handled everything with such grace and professionalism. She kept the day running smoothly, reassured everyone, and made sure my husband and I could stay focused on enjoying our day instead of stressing about the details.
Her attention to detail, quick problem-solving, and kind energy truly made all the difference. I’m so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding feel seamless and special. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and can handle anything that comes their way, Sydney is the one. ❤️

We were so blessed to have Sydney and Madison there for day of coordination on our wedding day! Working with her was easy, organized, and stress free. Every planning conversation leading up to the wedding left us feeling so much more relaxed and prepared.
In the months before the wedding we were able to walk through our venue in person with Sydney, work through the details of what we wanted to incorporate into our ceremony, create a solid timeline for the day, design a floor plan, and generate a plan for all decor items. All of these helped us with creating the perfect vision for our wedding day.
On the day of, all the planning came together perfectly! Sydney and her assistant Madison were able to make any needed adjustments on the fly (for things like traffic on the way to the wedding, and a small change in our processional order to fit in a last minute ‘flower girl’). We were so impressed by them and throughout the wedding day I was always pleasantly surprised to find that every time I realized we needed to transition to the next event in the timeline, Sydney had already had it all set up and prepared. I ended up being able to completely relax and not even think about what came next.
We never would have been able to do it without them, thank you to the Sunflower Entertainment team! -

We hired Sydney as our planner two years before our wedding. I mean it when I say our wedding would not have looked so beautiful, entertained so well, or flowed so smoothly if Sydney hadn't been at the helm, coordinating it all. She helped us every single step of the planning process when we were hopelessly lost and overwhelmed with it all. Our guests were repeatedly asking where we found our stunningly beautiful venue, our chill officiant, our delicious catering, and while we made the final choices on all those things, Sydney was the one who sent them and dozens of other options she tailored to our wants. We can't praise her enough. If you want an INCREDIBLE wedding, you want Sydney. Best decision of our wedding. -

Sydney made my wedding day one of the best days of my life. I used her for partial planning because I am a bit of a control freak (sorry, Sydney!). In hindsight, I should’ve handed everything over to her because it would’ve been executed perfectly. She was a joy to work with, took care of every obstacle. It felt like I was working with my best friend. I am so very grateful. The wedding day and rehearsal went by without a worry. 1000% would recommend. -

Couldn't be happier
We hired Sunflower Entertainment for our Seattle wedding in October and I am so happy we did! We had Briana as our coordinator and I absolutely loved working with her! In the last few weeks when everything started to really come together and start to feel a little overwhelming, Briana made me feel like I was in good hands. I loved how detailed the timeline was so when the big day came, my husband and I were really able to just enjoy it. She was communicative, thorough and I would hire Sunflower again in a second! -

Such a big fan of Sydney and her team! As another vendor it is always so wonderful working with people who get it. Sydney from my perspective has always chosen a serve first mentality and will do everything she can to make sure the wedding day happens without a problem. She hires the best people too. Her team is wonderful and some of the best people! Been so fun working weddings with Sydney over the years and always look forward to the moments ahead where we get the chance to do it again! As a photographer I have had the chance to work with MANY wedding planners and coordinators and Sydney is simply the best! If you want someone who will make the magic happen do not hesitate to reach out to Sydney! You will be blessed beyond measure! -

Absolutely necessary!
Sydney made the process of planning a wedding so seamless. I was lost when I started and she made everything so much easier. On the day of our wedding I didn’t have to think about or worry about a thing. She’s so incredibly professional and I 10/10 recommend her to everyone! -

Sydney and her team were amazing to work with for our wedding. We hired them for day-of coordination. From the ceremony rehearsal, to set-up, the reception, and breakdown, our wedding day was perfect. If there were any issues that arose, we didn't know about them because Sydney had everything handled. After such a long day, the best part was being able to spend time thanking friends and family at the end of the wedding while Sydney had clean up and take down totally organized. She is an experienced professional and also such a friendly and warm person. Would definitely recommend Sunflower Entertainment! -

When we had our vendor walk-through with Sydney at Sunflower Entertainment, I knew we'd made a great decision in hiring her to be our day-of coordinator! She was punctual, knew all the right questions to ask the venue staff, and helped us make decisions when the venue had questions we didn't know how to answer. It's clear she has lots of experience in wedding planning and problem solving, and has a reputation of professionalism with vendors. On our wedding day, she was constantly working behind the scenes to make things run smoothly--from helping us navigate a dance floor issue, to fixing my train, to setting up decor, to making sure we were taking breaks to rest and rehydrate. We got several compliments from guests about her organization and skill. Thank you Sydney for all you did to make our wedding day so special! -

Couldn't Have Done It Without Her!
We love Sydney! Our wedding day went so smoothly, and we really felt that Sydney was along with us every step of the way. I can't think of a single problem for which she didn't already have a solution. Even though it rained on the day of our outdoor wedding, she made the transition to bring it all indoors seamless and easy! Highly Recommend to Execute Your Dream Day
I've helped to coordinated a few wedding days for friends and am pretty Type A in general. So I had high expectations for what our wedding day would look like and how it would function, and we were VERY happy with Sydney & Sami. Everything looked exactly as we'd hoped, they managed timeline very effectively and left us to simply enjoy our day and party. They have a very useful online communication platform where I was able to upload all of our inspo photos, thoughts, notes, layout, hair/makeup trial photos, etc. to communicate exactly what we were after. Our ceremony and reception were in two different locations and they managed the decor/vendors/flow at both! We are glad we hired them and would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding day or large event. -

Where do I even begin. Sydney helped us put together the best day of our lives.
Spencer and I didn’t have the slightest idea of how to plan a wedding. Sydney to the rescue! She made the entire process seem effortless. We kept waiting to get stressed out. It never happened. She was patient, attentive, hard working, and full of knowledge. In the end, we felt like we had a new friend. We’ve been hearing from guests that it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. Professional, fun, above all a life savor!
I had no idea how much I needed a wedding coordinator until Sunflower entertainment came into my life. So many little details were taken care of that I had no idea I even needed. Sydney and her team were life savors and took so much stress off of me. my wedding party, and my family. She genuinely cared about my day and making sure it was the BEST experience and day she possibly could. She is a go getter while being fun and professional all at the same time. Working with Brianna and Sydney for our wedding day was the best decision ever! From our initial discussions to the day of coordinating duties, and answering every question in between, they knocked it out of the park! Brianna did an amazing job making sure everyone was running smoothly on our wedding day, working with our vendors and guests and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Sydney was fantastic at organizing and making sure we were 100% happy with our timeline. I love how we had them in our corner because they made sure we were doing everything we wanted and helped us tune out the "outside noise" and pressures many of us experience while planning a wedding! We had so much fun at our wedding and it was in huge part thanks to Sunflower Entertainment! We would love to be able to work with them again in the future for other parties! -

She has the ability to elicit confidence and take control of every situation so our entire day was stress free. BRIDES BEWARE:
I hired Sydney because of all the rave reviews and the accreditation on wedding wire. However, upon sending her 50% of the full amount and signing her very shady contract late at night (and not paying too close attention to the verbiage…my bad, I know) I started to feel ignored, and like she was not going uphold her end of the deal. The total amount I was going to pay her is 1750.00. I was sent a bunch of forms to fill out, and no response when I filled said forms out. I asked her for seafood catering recs for my area (I’m located on Bainbridge Island and getting married in Port Gamble) to which she sent seafood restaurants located in Kent, Everett and even Canada…and who knows if any of them cater. I honestly started to feel like I had been scammed. So I attempted to reach out and she didn’t respond for multiple days. This was a very scary situation and caused lots of stress between me and my fiancé, so much so that we almost broke up….not mention we are financially struggling. Upon expressing this to Sydney, she did not respond and then proceeded to call my vendors and tell them the wedding had been canceled…which I never said.
She is now demanding the full amount to be paid, because it’s written in her contract. I am so upset and feel really stupid for not reading it closely. I went off of blind trust. But now we are either being forced to use a DOC through her business, or pay her $1750 for making my life way more complicated and miserable than it needed to be.
If you do decide to hire her READ VERY CLOSELY. I hired her less than 6 months away from my wedding, and I would have needed to give more than 6 months notice in order to only have to pay the deposit. This, to me is bad business practices and I feel taken advantage of and just completely defeated. I’m also the mother of three very young children and my husband just started his business, so our lives are not the easiest. I thought I could trust Sydney and I was completely wrong.
