We had a fabulous team of vendors at our wedding, but hands down, I bragged to friends and family about Integral DJs the most. We held our wedding at a private venue in Mount Vernon, WA, and hired Integral DJs for the full experience. From the start, Marc was incredibly organized and helpful — he walked us through their detailed planning spreadsheet that let us shape every moment of the day and lock in the exact vibe we wanted.

We chose Zamari (DJ Vega) as our DJ, and he absolutely cooked. From the pre-ceremony atmosphere to the final track of the night, everything flowed effortlessly. I’m pretty particular about music and didn’t want the standard wedding playlist — we wanted a curated energy that felt like us. Vega understood that immediately and delivered something way beyond expectations.

He mixed a ’70s / disco cocktail hour into modern soul and funk (Jungle, Durand Jones & The Indications), slipped in our island reggae favorites, and closed the night with hip-hop and Afrobeats that had the dance floor full from the first beat to the last. The transitions were seamless, the pacing was instinctive, and the energy never dipped — just this perfect wave of music carrying the night forward.

And the sound quality was unreal. Since it was a private venue, Vega and the Integral team went all-in with their setup — the subwoofer hit perfectly, the balance was clean, and even the microphones for the ceremony and speeches sounded crisp and professional. It made the entire experience feel elevated and immersive.

Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the music, and looking back, the photos of everyone dancing say everything. If you trust Vega and let him do his thing, he’ll turn your wedding into the kind of night people still talk about months later. Integral DJs (and Marc) were professional, easy to communicate with, and genuinely fun collaborators. Easily one of the best choices we made for the wedding.

The service was amazing from start to end. Kit did an amazing job with providing sound/microphones during the ceremony, and then during the reception coordinating the different events, dances. Finally during the dancing hours he also was excellent, accepting on-demand songs too. We all had an amazing time, thanks for help us have a great night !
