My husband and I loved having Elaine officiate our wedding! She makes it so easy to craft the ceremony by sending you a document with tons of examples for each part of the ceremony. She also attends the rehearsal! My favorite part was of the ceremony was that she included bits we wrote for our personal love story so that it was more sentimental and tailored to us. Lots of our guests said it made them tear up or cry. She did a wonderful job and we're so thankful we hired her!

Elaine Way made it all simple - we remain so grateful. We flew from Eagle River, AK after all the in-person, phone and emails exchanges during our busy work schedules. Elaine made our goal of a small, private ceremony possible and the logistics simple. We found her experienced, a careful listener, articulate, poised, flexible and committed to what we had in mind. Lodging, dining, privacy, photography, venues, licensing and other documents... We suddenly had this long-time friend who knew how to get all these things done. We trusted her right away. One day we expect to revisit the Washington Park Arboretum in March - hoping to catch those cherry blossoms again - and maybe visit Elaine too! Thank you, Elaine!

Elaine is wonderful to work with and really helped us to craft a very special ceremony. It was such a relief to have her guidance in making the ceremony our own and having a mix of traditional elements and parts that felt like us. Travelling from the UK to Snoqualmie, Washington we wanted a tiny wedding at a beautiful location. Elaine recommended the Salish, Snoqualmie which confirmed what I had read and had seen online about this amazing location. Elaine made everything so easy to plan from afar! She was so responsive by email and set up a Skype call immediately. She recommended some amazing photographers, putting me in contact with them very early on - this was so helpful! She also sent through lots of sample ceremonies so that we could put together a unique ceremony that fit what we wanted.

On the day Elaine really was amazing and so flexible! I am so happy that she was the person who married us.

I think the best part for us and something we will treasure forever was the spontaneity of having our Wedding ceremony out on the rocks at the Lower Snoqualmie Falls. I can’t remember who suggested it but Elaine was up for the challenge of jumping across rocks out on the river to make this happen for us - thank you Elaine! You made our ceremony so memorable! It was just so perfect!

Do not hesitate to book Elaine! She is super efficient, helpful before, during and after the ceremony and just a really kind, bubbly person! She made our day one to remember and added to our day even more by celebrating with us afterwards! 100% recommend.

She's amazing, and really helpful. We were in hurry to get married with little planning. But she walked us through the steps of getting our marriage certificate, writing our own vows and everything.

Elaine made our Seattle elopement wedding work out so smoothly and easily!! Even though we live across the country Elaine made making a wedding at a location we’ve never been easier than ever. We knew nothing about paperwork and how a ceremony works and that was all okay because Elaine took care of everything! She made sure we had the right paperwork at the right time and gave us detail instructions on how to go about getting married out of state. She showed up to the ceremony on time in the pouring rain and made sure we had a beautiful ceremony for us and our guests. She was extremely kind and efficient and even offered suggestions on things to do in the city to make sure we got the most out of our elopement. Thank you so much Elaine! This review is long overdue. We had our wedding on Lake Washington, Labor Day 2019. Elaine was extremely supportive throughout the entire experience.
