If you’re looking for an officiant who can perfectly balance professionalism, warmth, humor, and authenticity, we can’t recommend Brian Trendler enough.

Brian officiated our wedding on 6.6.26, which was intentionally small and intimate—with just the bride, groom, four guests, our photographer, and Brian himself. From our very first conversation, he made the entire process feel easy and stress-free.

One thing we especially appreciated was his flexibility and patience throughout the planning process. I was sick for nearly an entire month leading up to the wedding, and Brian was also in the middle of a major house move. Despite everything going on, he was incredibly accommodating when scheduling Zoom meetings, always finding a way to make things work around our schedules. His communication was excellent, and he never made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience.

He took the time to understand who Chase and I are as a couple and crafted a ceremony that was short, sweet, meaningful, and true to our personalities. He incorporated traditional elements without making it feel overly formal, creating a ceremony that felt genuine and comfortable for everyone involved.

What stood out most was Brian’s ability to keep us calm while still keeping the mood light and fun. He has a natural way of putting people at ease, and his playful sense of humor helped turn any wedding-day nerves into excitement. By the time our wedding day arrived, it felt like we were standing with a friend who genuinely cared about making the day special.

If you want someone who is personable, responsive, organized, flexible, and able to create a ceremony that feels uniquely you, Brian is an excellent choice. We are incredibly grateful he was part of our wedding day and helped make our intimate ceremony everything we hoped it would be.

Brian did an incredible job officiating our wedding. He was extremely professional and made our wedding ceremony timeless. He captured our story and told it in a memorable and elegant manner. He went above and beyond and although he doesn't speak mandarin, he assisted in translating my brides vows

We absolutely loved working with him as our officiant. He had the perfect balance of being comedic and romantic, which made our ceremony feel so personal, genuine, and engaging for everyone there.

What really stood out was how much effort he put into getting to know us. He took the time to learn our story in detail and even reached out to our friends to get their perspective, which made the ceremony feel incredibly meaningful and unique to us as a couple.

Even though the day was about me and Trevor, he made the entire process—from start to finish—feel so smooth, special, and truly unforgettable. His presence, guidance, and attention to detail made such a big difference.

We honestly wish we had met him sooner because we would have absolutely booked his DJ and MC bundle as well. That just speaks to how great he was.

He was witty, warm, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to officiate our wedding — he truly made the ceremony one of our favorite parts of the day.

We ended up needing an officiant last minute. Brian was so kind to take us in and make it work! He was extremely responsive and offered to laminate our vows before the wedding. We were very happy with his service and would recommend.

Booking Brian as our officiant and MC for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! We have so many incredible memories to cherish as a result of Brian‘s thoughtful assistance as we planned, his warm, funny, often hilarious work with our guests as they awaited our arrival, and a touching and authentic ceremony.

Later in the evening, Brian brought his MC talent to bear on our reception with really memorable guest engagement, activities, and a program that was easy for us and fun for everyone. Our guests commented that it felt like we had known Brian for years as the rapport was so great.

In addition to helping us along the way with our planning, vows, and schedule of events, Brian approached every conversation with curiosity, professionalism, and most cherished: lots of fun!

Brian was so professional and kind. He reached out to groom and bride’s friends respectfully to gather some stories and fun facts and turned them into cute and lovely lines during the ceremony. And of course, very humorous and responsive!

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience working with Brian, he really helped ease the stress of planning and organizing leading up to and the day of the wedding. Brian helped with referrals to other vendors to help complete the day (DJ, photographer etc.) We had multiple zoom calls in advance to help with all the planning and itinerary for the day off. On these calls Brian listened to our ideas and provided helpful suggestions for changes and enhancements but ultimately allowed us to make the final decision. All of our guests also commented to us how fun and lovely our celebration was. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

From the start, Brian was a true professional and considered every detail while keeping things exciting and fun. After our first meeting, it was clear to us that he was a well-seasoned veteran in the business. While he took the time to get to know us and our honor attendants, he even helped us each write our vows. I can't forget to mention that he also provided us with laminated easy-to-read cards with our vows – huge thank you! When it was "showtime" everything came together with grace, elegance and of course, a great sense of humor.

Besides officiating, he absolutely saved the day by taking the reins and walking us through the entire process after our day-of wedding coordinator canceled last-minute 😮 Not kidding. Brian kept his cool (and perhaps more importantly, helped keep our cool) and without hesitation recognized where his leadership was needed, stepped up and guided ALL of us through every stage of the event. No problem – clearly not his first rodeo. The result was the perfect ceremony that we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives. Thank you, Brian!

As the Officiant for my wedding, Brian helped make the ceremony very special. He was able to get anecdotes from friends and family members to add that extra special touch. He helped with the program flow, which alleviated unnecessary stress for my groom and me. He was responsive and professional, and also friendly to our guests.
