A little about me: I grew up outside of Philadelphia playing the violin at weddings. I loved watching couples share their love and commit to loving one another in front of their village, their biological and chosen family. A few years later, I went to graduate school at Yale University and studied theology to train to become a pastor. When I graduated, I moved to Seattle, Washington, to serve a progressive and inclusive United Methodist Church. The first wedding I officiated was for my college best friend and her British fiancé. It was a beautiful wedding filled with ritual and meaning. Through my role as a pastor, I had the opportunity to officiate the weddings of many couples. I worked closely with each couple to create a personal and meaningful ceremony that looked and felt just as they envisioned.

I'm passionate about this work - bearing witness to love and cultivating rituals and ceremonies - and am looking forward to knowing more about you and your special day.
