Emily is an absolute joy to work with. We did the package with engagement photos and wedding photos, and both experiences were top notch. During the long slog of portraits and awkward poses, she kept us laughing with genuine smiles that really showed through during the final pictures... and when she was capturing the natural moments, we didn't even know she was there. Seriously, we got photos back and I thought "omg where even WAS she?!" The final photos speak for themselves, and I can't say enough good about her.

Emily is sort of the "family photographer" for an extended group of friends, so we were familiar with her work, and KNEW we had to have her shoot our wedding. She had multiple packages available to suit our needs and budget, and we heeded advice from friends and online wedding threads: add a second photographer for candids. Her choice of Jennifer was fantastic, adding even more angles and opportunities for fun shots.

Emily is simply a joy to work with. She's easy to talk to, makes you feel at ease in front of the camera - to the point it almost disappears - and never misses a cherished moment.

She had great ideas for shots that were unexpected and beautiful; she also excelled at gently herding our many family members into their respective group photos.

Emily is PHENOMENAL. This is a long overdue review but I can stop singing her praises. My husband and I wanted to make sure we were comfortable with our photographer and that we felt we weren't overly posed and fit our style. From our very first meeting, Emily was incredible. Our engagement photos turned out SO GOOD because we felt so comfortable and never felt like we were under a microscope.

She was so communicative during our wedding planning process - even when we booked her two years in advance! On our wedding day, everyone loved Emily & Kyle. They were so efficient, and we got all the photos we wanted in no time at all so we could enjoy the rest of the evening.

The turnaround for photos is unreal. In less than a month we had our full gallery and our friends and family will not stop gushing about them! No seriously, Emily is fantastic!
