Zaida is a consummate professional and an artist. The samples on her website are a very good representation of the quality provided. What you won’t know from the website is that she was also a real pleasure to have around! She’s friendly, has an easy laugh, and makes others comfortable. She’s flexible and creative when things don’t go as planned on the wedding day. She took time and care to make sure that she got a list of the shots we wanted to capture and understood who was important to us. For instance, I shared that I really wanted to get pictures with my niece and she captured some absolutely adorable shots that I will treasure forever! My husband has always been shy about taking photos, and I was very nervous about getting nice shots. Zaida gave the perfect amount of guidance – suggesting framing and approximate poses, but not overdirecting and allowing us to be comfortable with her. It worked really well. We have never had such lovely photos together! She was also totally game to do an unusual location for our engagement shoot, the air and space museum. She mentioned she loves photographing couples in locations that are special to them. You can tell that she really loves love, learning about couples and their stories, and being part of weddings. It was a pleasure to have Zaida be part of our wedding day. We received the photos back in less than two months and will treasure them forever.

I always thought that wedding photography is one of the most important things about a wedding. It is the time to capture beautiful memories, with family and friends. Since my (now) husband is a photographer, I knew he would pick the perfect person or team for our wedding. He picked Studio B Photography, and I couldn’t be more pleased! My husband met Barbi at a photography school, and was very impressed with her work. After a gorgeous engagement photo shoot, I knew I could trust her for all of our upcoming wedding photos. She is a joy to work with, and I was so happy that we could give her a unique wedding (a goth/Halloween wedding) to work with this time! She is very pleasant, and gives good direction when posing people. Barbi recommended our wedding planner, and together, they worked out a timeline in which we could fit all of the photos we wanted into the short time the venue allowed us. I am so thankful for that! Barbi and her team (Charlie and Jessi) did a fantastic job at our wedding. I’ve seen some of the wedding photos so far, and they are wonderful. My bridal portrait was originally taken on a beautiful sunny day, but since our theme was spooky, she altered it in a very cool way to make it appear to be nighttime, with fog. The guests at my wedding raved about the portrait! (And some drunk stranger back at our hotel asked if he could buy it! Haha!) I hope we’ll work with Barbi much more in the future, for family photos, and perhaps boudoir photos!

We are so grateful to have had Holly as our wedding photographer! From the very beginning, she was incredibly communicative, making the planning process easy and stress-free. On our wedding day, she was not only professional and friendly but also genuinely kind, helping us feel comfortable and at ease in front of the camera. Holly was amazing at directing us in a natural and relaxed way, capturing every moment beautifully. Our photos turned out absolutely stunning, and we have received so many compliments from our guests, everyone keeps commenting on how gorgeous they are! She was also impressively efficient at getting our photos back, making the whole experience seamless. Holly made our wedding photography fun, easy, and memorable. She helped make our wedding day the best day ever! I already love looking through the wedding photos she took, and I can't wait to look through them for years to come. We couldn’t recommend her more!

Susi was fantastic for our wedding! Unfortunately we ended up with a rainy day so we were unable to take pictures in our original desired location at the venue. Susi was able to help us find alternative locations at the venue and also came up with creative ways to capture a lot of our wedding portraits and bridal party pictures. The pictures came out AMAZING! The lighting and colors she was able to capture are beautiful. She even captured some falling rain drops in photos which was a special touch. Susi was fantastic to work with and would highly recommend her!

Kerry was fantastic and so professional! She took initiative to make sure we got all our pictures in on our wedding day, worked with us to make sure she captured what we wanted, and stayed cheerful and upbeat all day. She was the best wedding photographer we could have asked for and our pictures are beautiful!

Becca did an absolutely incredible job on our engagement pictures! She was easy and very fun to work with. We did our engagement session in the downtown Fredericksburg area and she was able to find the perfect locations to take our pictures. The way she sees light and shadow and uses that in her photos is unbelievable and produces amazing results. Becca also gave great direction on what she needed from us. From the placement of simple things like our hands, to how to stand, Becca is such a professional and made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. As a result, she was able to photograph moments between us that truly captured our relationship and personalities. I can’t say enough about how thrilled I am with the outcome of our engagement pictures. I can’t wait to see the pictures she will capture on our wedding day when she takes them in May.
