Ryan was so great to work with and the pictures of both our engagement shoot and wedding were absolutely stunning! In addition to his eye and quality of shots, he is also the most efficient photographer of all time. Seriously we could not get more compliments from our family, friends and vendors about how on time and productive our wedding photography went. We also received our edited photos super quickly which was really nice. I would highly recommend working with Ryan!

As a 2020 bride, I had to cancel my wedding with less than 6-days’ notice because of COVID. Erin helped me navigate a flawless, smooth date-change not once, but twice. We also booked her for our private ceremony. My husband used Erin for the proposal, we (obviously) used her again for the engagement session as well. After hearing so many horror stories from friends and family about their photographers losing their photos, not editing out trash in the background, not posing them so the lighting was good, not returning photos for nearly a year, etc., we were EXTREMELY relieved with Erin’s impeccable attention to detail. Erin is incredibly focused and organized in her art and knows how to anticipate your concerns and needs. She provides a number of resources to help you get prepared for your big day and to help you think about the types of photos you want, the people you want to include, or the backdrops you want to have. She keeps everything organized. Even though it rained three of our four days of photography sessions with Erin, her skill and her talent made the photos absolutely stunning. Her work captures the true energy and emotion of the best moments of your wedding day and the days leading up to it. The most unfortunate part of Erin’s work is getting your gallery back and not knowing which photos you want to order to hang in your home because they are all just so good. Imagery by Erin is truly a masterpiece, and words enough cannot describe how incredibly talented she truly is.

We loved our pictures by Nick from JB Elliott Photography! We had a very small wedding celebration with less than 20 people in public spaces outside. From the website, we saw that Nick had experience with weddings of this size in a similar location. While taking pictures, he had us make adjustments to our posture and angles in a way that made our pictures look better without making us look overly posed. He noticed things about the surroundings to capture pictures with nice backgrounds without a lot of stuff that would detract from the shot. Because we were in a public place, there were some extra people in many of the photos but you would never know it because they were seamlessly edited out of our final photos. He delivered the pictures from our 3 hour photo shoot in about a week and a half.

Meghan was the perfect photographer for my husband and I’s wedding!! Not only did WE love our experience with Meghan but our wedding guests had nothing but great things to say about her and her work! She was patient with me and ALL my family, she made sure to get every detail of the venue and every special moment in the day.. and even when things didn’t go as planned.. rain delay, etc.. Meghan was still able to capture the day in its entirety! I highly recommend Meghan to anyone who is looking for someone to capture a special event!

Annette was great to work with! She’s nice, very skilled, patient, and her photography style is great. Reasonable pricing in the Northern Virginia area and she knew all the great places around our venue for the great shots. Thanks for capturing our special day Annette!

Brenda was awesome! Her photographs are beautiful. She really captured the emotions of the day. There are so many perfect pictures from our day - and we haven't even seen them all yet! Her prices are a really great value and she is such a kind person. We'll be going back to her for family portraits!

I used Christina Marie Photography for my wedding on October 13, 2012. Working with Christina was such a pleasure. Her passion for her work is evident from the second you meet her. Her prices are reasonable. She is flexible. And best of all, she comes as a duo! Her boyfriend, Brian is her assistant and having two photographers really makes the experience so much better. Together, they covered so much ground and really captured all of the special moments of our wedding. Her pictures are amazing and make me smile every time I look at them. :)

We booked Tati for our engagement photos at the national mall. They turned out more gorgeous than I ever could have hoped. She perfectly captured how happy we are. We got 250+ high quality images from the shoot and it's really hard to narrow down our favorites. The photos also arrived in a really cute box with a wood flash drive. We're getting married out of state, but I wish we could book her for our wedding as well!

We booked Theorina to cover our wedding in October. From our first time meeting with Theorina, we knew we wanted to work with her. We appreciated her attention to detail, responsiveness, professionalism, kindness and excellent communication throughout the entire process. Theorina has a warmth and way of making her clients feel like family. As a camera-shy person, I really appreciated how she seemed to effortlessly create a safe and comfortable space where I felt like I could be myself. We've received so many compliments about the photography coverage from the guests at our wedding. Many asked if Theorina was a friend because of how friendly and warm she was with everyone! We received our sneak peek gallery of photos shortly after the event and loved all of the photographs. We can't wait to see the rest! We couldn't have asked for a better photographer to work with than Theorina and we would highly recommend her to all of our friends and family.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Lola for our wedding celebration, and we could not be happier with our experience. From the very beginning, Lola took the time to meet with us and understand our vision for our photos. I had some unique editorial-style ideas that were important to me, and she completely understood what I was looking for. She brought those ideas to life better than I could have imagined. One thing I especially appreciated was how well she understood the different looks I wanted to achieve. During our National Portrait Gallery session, I had two outfit changes, each with a completely different vision and aesthetic. Lola adapted seamlessly, selecting locations throughout the gallery and directing poses that matched the mood and style of each look. Her creativity and attention to detail helped bring each concept to life exactly as I had envisioned. Lola photographed us at the National Portrait Gallery and knew exactly where to go to capture beautiful, elegant photos. She guided us through poses, helped us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress free. She also joined us at the courthouse for our civil ceremony and captured such a special moment in our lives. The following day, she photographed our intimate family brunch and did an amazing job capturing candid moments with our family and friends. What impressed me most is that we had an elopement-style wedding, yet our photos look every bit as polished, intentional, and timeless as those from a large traditional wedding. Looking through our gallery, you would never know we did not have a full-scale wedding celebration. Lola captured our day in a way that feels elegant, meaningful, and true to us, and she made every moment feel important. Throughout our two-day celebration, Lola was professional, reliable, punctual, kind, and incredibly accommodating. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience and photos that we would love for years to come.
