Working with Melissa was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I originally knew her from high school, so there was already a sense of trust and connection — but even if I had never met her before, I would choose her again in a heartbeat. From the very beginning, she was professional, communicative, and incredibly thoughtful. Throughout the year leading up to our wedding, she surprised us with little gifts and notes that made us feel cared for and so excited for the big day. That level of intention and personal touch is rare, and it truly set the tone for the experience to come. Our wedding was a two-day celebration, and she handled everything flawlessly. She captured every moment with ease, creativity, and so much joy — it genuinely felt like having a trusted friend by our side rather than just a vendor. One of the most magical surprises was when she framed photos from the first day of our wedding so we could display them on day two — without us asking or even thinking to request it. That initiative meant the world to us and was a highlight of the weekend. And the photos? Absolutely stunning. She captured every emotion, every detail, every moment with such artistry. Looking through them feels like reliving our wedding in the most beautiful way. We are so grateful for her talent, her energy, and her heart. Alex was our wedding videographer and did an INCREDIBLE job. He exceeded our expectations and then some to the point that I (the stereotypical groom) said to my now wife "I want to write a review." We cannot recommend him enough. Throughout the process, he focused on "our wedding" rather than "his services." He took the time to understand our hopes for the day and he was easy, flexible, and FUN to work with before, during, and after the wedding. On wedding day, he was the first vendor there and the last to leave. He and his team did an incredible job capturing so many amazing moments we knew about and some we didn't even see. Even our other vendors said great things about him. The video he produced for us is EXCELLENT and so much more than my already high expectations as someone with video editing experience. We interviewed several videographers--including some with more wedding experience--but chose Alex for his portfolio/skill and the way he felt like a true partner rather than just a vendor. And we're so glad we did.

Choosing Julia as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made. Her ability to capture the emotion and beauty of our day was truly remarkable. She has a keen eye for detail and a talent for capturing the most beautiful moments. Julia's warm and friendly personality made us feel at ease throughout the entire process, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to work with her. Life Reflecting Images went above and beyond to deliver an incredible wedding album. Mark and his team were attentive, easy going, yet dedicated to delivering an outstanding product despite a rainy Saturday in Loudoun County.  The day began with Mark taking pictures of the bride and bridesmaid getting ready. He went around our house taking detail pictures, and capturing special moments. He thought of things to take pictures of that we would have never guessed. Mark did a wonderful job capturing the joy and excitement of the morning and nailed the Bride’s dress reveal to the bridesmaids and the father of the bride. The pictures were plentiful and really, really good! Meanwhile, the second photographer was hard at work getting set up at the church for the ceremony. Easily putting the groom and the groomsmen at ease the second photographer captures some really cool details of the church, the groom, and the groom's parents. Despite the rain, he was able to work quite the magic with lighting to get some great shots prior to the ceremony.  During the ceremony, the photographers were hardly noticed skillfully making their rounds throughout the church getting details and different angles as well as very special parts of the mass and ceremony. We are very thankful that care was taken during this special part of our day. There were special images that we were hoping that Mark would take and he and his team delivered such as the choir, musicians, the celebrant, readers, and of course friends and family throughout the pews. The photography team was very respectful during the Catholic Mass and our celebrant remarked that this was the best photography team he has ever seen! Post ceremony was time for the family pictures which unfortunately, went long and did not capture all of the groupings on the groom's side due to time constraints. This was not really Mark’s fault at all but we recommend reducing the number of groupings so that both sides can have equal opportunities for pictures and no “special requests” to subtract time allotted to the other side for portraits.  Next up was the couple portraits along with the wedding party at the venue. It was raining pretty steadily at this point, but Mark and his team delivered yet again! All the pictures were outstanding and we are so happy how they all turned out. They truly made us look so good and we are so pleased with our portrait shots. After this Mark and his team captured some fun moments at the cocktail hour before proceeding to the reception barn. The pictures continue to be numerous and of really high quality. We can tell much time and effort was put in post wedding to make sure they all looked great and edited nicely. Thank you Life Reflecting Images! We are grateful for Mark and his team for being one of our best vendors on our wedding day that was not without challenges! We 100% recommend Life Reflecting Images for your wedding photography team. Mark was such a great vendor to work with and his true enthusiasm was evident during the wedding day. He was even kind enough to stay for much longer than he was supposed to in order to capture some amazing shots of the party and our private last dance. Thank you Mark!

I truly mean it when I saw that having Joff as our photographer turned out to be one of the best parts of our wedding and we are SO grateful for him. From the first contact we made with him, to the pre-wedding discussions, to the actual wedding day, to receiving our finished photos, every interaction was just so positive. He was so easy to work with, truly and genuinely cared about making our day as special and perfect as possible, really gave us that personal touch and attention. He was flexible with any changes we wanted/needed to make, even on the day of, but was also professional and knowledgeable enough to know when/how to lead us to get the best pics and poses. We had a wedding at a small church in the middle of farm land, he got the perfect lighting, great with both the indoor and outdoor shots. Just really can't recommend him enough as a professional photographer, I promise you'll be so grateful!

Stephanie was probably our favorite person to work with for our wedding. She is fun, personable, confident and an amazing photographer. We found her through Visit Loudoun, a group that helps connect vendors to engaged couples. Upon our first meeting with her, she was a clear contender, and we couldn't be happier to have chosen to work with her! We actually found out shortly before our first meeting that my now-husband's sister had also booked Stephanie for HER wedding 6 months before ours. We made it clear from the beginning of our conversations that we were two very different couples and wanted to make sure that our pictures would not look the same/similar in comparison to one another. Stephanie understood this fully and was not put off by this at all. We were excited to book the videographer package with her and even were able to add in an extra hour last minute when our timeline was finalized and we wanted to make sure she got pictures of all the fun things we had planned! So far we've seen our preview photos and they are JUST BEAUTIFUL! I keep referring to the pictures of our wedding party as our magazine spread. The colors look amazing and I can't wait to see the rest!
