Julia is a true joy to work with! Out of all the decisions we made during the wedding planning process, choosing Julia as our wedding photographer was one of our best decisions! From the start, we not only loved how light and airy her portfolio was, but also how enthusiastic, kind and personable she was as an individual. She really heard our needs and wants throughout the entire process and captured memories in photos that we will forever cherish. I had my own insecurities about being photographed and my husband is most definitely NOT the type to enjoy taking photos. However, Julia made the experience as comfortable as possible, was a delight to work with and I was presently surprised and so grateful for the work she edited and produced! Wow! Julia is incredibly talented, kind and professional. I hired Julia for my last minute elopement and she captured my memories perfectly. My husband and family were so impressed that we can't wait to work with her again. She went above and beyond to prepare us for an amazing wedding photography experience. She took the time to get to know us and find out what was most important to us. On the day of the wedding, she was so friendly and helpful. We had a small hiccup with our wedding location, but she was quick on her feet to find the best spots for photos. After the elopement she sent us our photos so quickly. They were BEAUTIFUL! My husband hates taking pictures, but after working with Julia, he wished he'd taken more haha. Thank you so much Julia!! You made us feel so comfortable and we had so much fun. Julia was amazing to work with! We were planning a wedding across the country and instead of us having to make another trip back for our engagement photo shoot, she volunteered to fly out to us and save us a trip! Talk about going above & beyond! Julia is fun, charismatic, and made not only us but our entire wedding party feel so comfortable throughout the day. We’ve received so many compliments on our wedding gallery, and it has been really hard deciding on which ones to frame since they are all so beautiful! Thank you again for a great experience!

Hiring Julia and her team was one of the best decisions we made! She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, and kept us laughing and having fun the entire time! We had some complicated family health challenges to navigate during our wedding, and Julia was so flexible, kind, and kept the photo process running smoothly despite it all! She is such a pleasure to work with, and felt more like a friend than a vendor! She sent us 150 sneak peak photos just 2 days after our wedding, and we cannot stop looking at them.

Julia was incredible to work with. From day one, she was super responsive, friendly, flexible, and was always down to help with anything (even non-photography related stuff). Firstly, we are so thankful to have found Julia! We looked through so many photographers to find the perfect light & airy look, willing to work with the kind of photos we wanted taken, and working with our budget. Julia did just that and more! She is the most bubbly and kind person as well. Starting with our engagement session she helped us to get more familiar with how to pose, she was so easy to work with, and we love every single photo that came out of that session. Throughout the entire process Julia has always been so responsive with getting back to us on any questions we had. We felt a peace of mind for wedding day knowing the photography would be handled by the best! When wedding day came right at the beginning of the day Julia and her assistant were on it! They got such a variety of shots! Julia was so focused the entire time and wasn't even scared to get a little dirty! She would go into bushes and crawl around in the grass to get the perfect shot and boy did she! When we received the wedding photos back we were absolutely amazed! It was just as we pictured and better! The pictures reminded us of photos from a magazine. Our friends and family can't stop talking about how beautiful our wedding photos are! Julia is so talented. Part of our package includes a physical wedding album and we are working with her to design it. Again, she looks at all the fine details. We are SO thankful for Julia that she helped capture the best day perfectly and definitely will be using her for other event photos. We can't recommend her enough to others!

When thinking about my wedding, I knew that photography and video were going to be two of my biggest priorities. I wanted to be able to look back on the photos captured of the day for the rest of my life with my family, so I felt a lot of pressure to make sure I found someone whose style matched mine and whom we’d work well with.

Julia exceeded any and all expectations. First off, I wanted to find a photographer who had that light & airy style while still capturing candid moments. I absolutely loved Julia’s portfolio, but watching her work and having her direct us during our engagement shoot gave me so much insight as to how she’s able to capture such beautiful images! She’s extremely professional but so personable, engaged, encouraging, flexible, patient, and just a joy to be around. Especially if you’re uncomfortable in front of the camera, she’ll ease you right into your shoot and will help you through every step of the way.

Our wedding was a whole different ball game from our engagement shoot. One thing I didn’t quite realize when searching for the right vendors was how important it is that they’re able to not just produce beautiful work, but that they’re organized, communicative, and have enough presence to help navigate the many moving parts of your wedding day. Again, Julia was exceptional in this regard. She was so friendly and communicative with our other vendors, and directed our family and couple photos with so much ease and professionalism, all why being so positive, enthused, and celebratory. Your wedding day is bound to be an emotional day, and having a photographer who has that level of professionalism and enthusiasm is so critical.

I’ll finish this review off by sharing a little more candidly that I was very nervous about being photographed. I had my own insecurities about the way that I look (I don’t particularly like taking photos of myself). Julia’s work brought me to tears several times when I saw some of the moments she captured from our day. She really has a way of capturing the beauty of the moment while also having one of the most beautiful approaches in her style and editing.

Look no further than Julia to have as your photographer! She is absolutely wonderful and so easy to work with. Julia captured our proposal, then had an engagement shoot with us directly after. She has a way of making you feel very comfortable in front of the camera. My fiancé and I had the best time and she constantly made us smile. I had happy tears when I saw the photos! Julia is one talented person. Her work is classic and timeless. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Julia!

Julia was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding two months ago! From the first time we met with her, she was so sweet, friendly, and attentive to our needs and wants. When I was super late and totally flustered showing up to our engagement shoot, she calmed me down and got me and my fiance laughing immediately! And she was a blast to hang out with during our wedding weekend. A bunch of our family and friends all mentioned how much fun she was. And that's just the start! Her photos are GORGEOUS, and absolutely everything we wanted. She captured our personalities perfectly, and caught all of the sweetest, funniest, and most emotional moments of our wedding weekend. I truly couldn't be happier with how our images came out, and I would recommend Julia to anyone and everyone!

From our first interaction with Julia, she has been nothing short of professional, encouraging, & sweet! My fiancé & I really wanted to do a snowy engagement session. When the weather didn’t look like it was too keen on snow, Julia quickly came up with other options that would work to help our vision still come to life! She is extremely knowledgeable about areas & venues, & makes recommendations while still considering our input! While we didn’t end up with snow, our January session turned out to have extremely cold weather, but she was still so excited, prepared, & was our hype woman the whole time! We could tell she was genuinely invested in her work & she delivered! Our engagement photos came out beautifully. The way she was able to pose us & work with lighting to provide us such brilliant photos is truly an art. We are so grateful for her time & effort into these stunning photos during this special time in our lives. She is our go-to for any more photography needs!

Julia conducted an amazing engagement photo shoot for me and my wife. We were initially pretty nervous, and generally don’t consider ourselves photogenic, but Julia made us feel comfortable and beautiful - and the result speaks for itself. Julia is an amazing photographer. She has done our engagement photos and a our wedding photographer. I have also used her for a boudoir. We work together for each session to make sure my ideas come to fruition. She is kind and helpful and makes you feel so beautiful that when she captures the photos they come out so well. I will forever have a photographer. I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone :)
