From the moment we met Julia we felt that she matched our personalities and was a true professional with a passion for what she does and her photography style was exactly what we were looking for, a bright, editorial, and elegant aesthetic. For our engagement photos even though we were a bit nervous she made us feel like we were having our photos taken by a very close friend. Our wedding day went off without any hitches, and she made our family feel comfortable while getting all the shots we wanted and more. Just when we thought she couldn’t be more amazing she gave us a sneak peek of our photos two days after the wedding, and let me tell you that sneak peek is more than we were expecting, words have no way of capturing how grateful we are to have met and worked with Julia, she will always have a special place in our hearts and we know that anyone else who works with her will get to experience the expert and genuine human being she is.

Julia is AMAZING! We worked together on both engagement and wedding photos and I cannot describe how beautiful all of her photos turned out! Julia was our photographer for our wedding and did an absolutely incredible job. We spoke with her a few times before our wedding and she was always available to answer questions. The day of the wedding she was SO easy to work with, handled our huge wedding party like a pro, and made us feel so relaxed. She made sure to get the perfect shots and paid attention to every little detail, shadow, and pose to make sure they were perfect. She sent us a sneak peak of the photos two days later and there were so many photos! Every single photo is so bright, airy, and absolutely beautiful. Julia and her team are the best! Julia did our engagement photos and was so creative and got incredible natural shots of us in many different locations. She then prepped Deanna our photographer for our wedding day who made the day go by so smooth. We did not do a first look and thus had less time for photos but still got everything we wanted and more bc she "got the shot" and was supper prepared and efficient. I can't recommend enough.

Some of the poses might feel a bit awkward at first, but the results were fantastic. Our wedding day went smoothly, thanks to her skill in capturing all the shots we wanted while keeping everyone relaxed.

And let me tell you, she surprised us in the best way possible – just two days after the wedding, she gave us a sneak peek of our photos that blew us away. We can't put into words how grateful we are to have met Julia. She's a true gem, and anyone lucky enough to work with her will see what an amazing professional and person she is.

We were referred to Julia by a friend, and we just did our engagement shoot with her, as our wedding will be out of town. She did a fantastic job! Our shoot was at the beach in December, and she was wonderful about helping us stay warm enough and choosing a variety of backdrops that were perfect for our beach theme. She turned the pictures around way faster than expected, and we had a ton of shots that we loved.

If our wedding was in the area, we 100% would have hired Julia for that as well. I can't recommend her enough!

Julia was absolutely amazing! My husband and I had an unfortunate situation with our original photographer that left us stressfully searching for a new photographer WEEKs before our wedding. We were devastated and almost sure we wouldn't find anyone available that we liked in that short amount of time...but our prayers were answered when we heard back from Julia.

From day one of our initial phone call, she was so sweet, organized, ensured us that she could provide everything we needed and even worked with our strict budget. After our first virtual call, my husband and I looked at each other and said... this must be fate. Without losing our previous photographer, we would have never stumbled across this outstanding Julia :)

She took the most beautiful portraits of me getting ready with my mother, our first look with my husband, spectacular ceremony photos, family formal, and the most elegant and timeless couple portraits at the Jefferson Memorial in DC.

We could not have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable, caring, fun and easy to work with photographer! If I could rate her 100 stars I would!!

We knew immediately after our first conversation with her that she would be our photographer, and she delivers. Her talent aside, Julia's energy and charisma make it so easy to work with her and feel like a natural in front of the camera. She's thorough, comforting and so obviously in love with her job, and it will show in your photos. Oh, and she's just a LOVELY person. We highly recommend Julia for your next event or photoshoot!!!

Julia and her team were absolutely wonderful! Julia captured our day in such a beautiful way and we are so grateful we will have her work to look back on for years!
