Kerry was fantastic and so professional! She took initiative to make sure we got all our pictures in on our wedding day, worked with us to make sure she captured what we wanted, and stayed cheerful and upbeat all day. She was the best wedding photographer we could have asked for and our pictures are beautiful!

If good photography tells a story, then Kerry is a master storyteller. From posed portraits to candid images and all those special in-between moments, Kerry captured our special day perfectly from start to end. Looking through our gallery and reliving our wedding day, I found myself feeling the emotions I felt that day all over again. She was truly amazing to work with, answered all of our questions with care, and was highly communicative from the moment we booked her until we received our photos. I can't recommend Kerry enough.

After getting totally overwhelmed with all the options online for wedding photographers in the DC area, our wedding planner recommended a handful of photographers to help narrow down our list. I had no clue how I was supposed to choose, but when I reached our to Kerry she was immediately warm, kind, and wanted to chat over FaceTime, which I loved because the process of choosing wedding vendors can seem so transactional and impersonal, especially when all the photos you see online are curated and beautiful. Kerry is the perfect mix of professional and willing to take charge that I needed to not feel overwhelmed, but also so uplifting and positive that I never felt awkward in front of the camera! We ended up booking engagement photos with her a few months before our wedding as well, which was a great decision because we got to "practice" before our wedding day and knew how to work together. She turned around hundreds of gorgeous pictures so quickly and we are so in love with them!!

Kerry was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was so responsive and completely understood the vision that we wanted for our pictures. She captured so many little details that I didn't know I needed to have until I saw the final pictures. Every single picture is amazing and her turnaround time was excellent. There really aren't words to capture the magic that is Kerry Renee Photography! Choosing a photographer was so incredibly important to us because we will spend a lot of our wedding day with them, but also will have these pictures adorning our walls in our home and in albums for years and years to come. Kerry's work is absolutely STUNNING, but she is also such an amazing person. When she walked in my bridal suite the day of the wedding, I started to tear up (if that doesn't speak to the relationship she builds with her clients!) Kerry's booking process was so organized and well thought out. Her communication is above and beyond, she will be there for you for whatever you need (she kept in touch with us checking in personally throughout our covid rescheduling's). On the engagement shoot and wedding day, we felt SO comfortable with her behind the lens! All of our family and bridal party complimented, too, on how fantastic she was. From the engagement shoot to the wedding day - Kerry never failed to make us feel comfortable and like we were good friends. I have to say, aside from picking the right husband, picking the right photographer for my wedding was the best decision I’ve ever made! Kerry is so kind, upbeat, and creative. She made everyone feel at ease the entire day. She was so friendly to everyone that I had several people ask me if she was a family friend! And I didn’t even meet her in person until soon before my wedding.

She is the perfect photographer because she was everywhere and nowhere at the same time. By that I mean, she captured EVERY beautiful moment, but as my family and I looked through pictures we kept saying “wow I didn’t even know she was there for that!” She somehow found a way to capture genuine, candid moments that I will cherish forever.

She is also great at posing people for formal shot. My husband and I aren’t super comfortable in front of the camera, but you would never guess that based on the pictures. All in all, I could not recommend someone more highly. Pictures are so important and I love every single one.

We hired Kerry Renee to handle photography for our wedding. I must say we have absolutely no regrets with that decision. Kerry spent over 13 hours with us and was such a blessing. Not only did she photograph everything (with a second) to our liking, she was very helpful outside her line of duty: she corralled some of our wedding party (and our parents!) with ease. We also had Kerry capture our rehearsal dinner, which was a very great addition we wanted to capture. She made the day less stressful for us and captured some seriously beautiful moments. Kerry was fantastic! My wedding planning process was not easy, but she was so supportive. Even though she was business, she was compassionate and sensitive to the situation. She was so easy to work with!! The entire wedding party and guests all raves about how amazing she was. Her communication, payment system, contract, etc. was extremely easy to use and efficient.
