I'm Roman, a wedding photographer with over a decade of experience capturing timeless love stories across Washington DC and beyond. My approach is personal and attentive; I always try to video call with couples before the wedding to ensure they feel confident and relaxed in front of the camera. On your special day, I focus on guiding you effortlessly through each shot, helping you enjoy the moment fully. With an eye for candid emotions—whether joyful laughter or heartfelt tears—I create images that are uniquely yours.
I work with my wife Kate, who makes amazing wedding videos and I can say it's our main advantage! There are many examples where a photographer and videographer meet for the first time at a wedding and interfere with each other’s work. Who wants a photo of their first kiss at the altar with a cameraman in the background? We work together and because of this, the photos and videos turn out perfect.

I am absolutely over the moon!
Oh my goodness, when I received our wedding photos from Roman and Kate, and I was absolutely over the moon! Roman and Kate have this amazing ability to put everyone at ease, and it really shows in the photos. They managed to capture the essence of our relationships with our friends and family, and those shots are some of my absolute favorites. Despite the fact that I don't like to be photographed, the shooting turned out to be great. There was no feeling that you need to specially pose or show something, my husband and I just had fun while Roman did everything himself. We both were very happy and fully enjoyed the day. It was great working with Roman. He captured the most AMAZING moments on my wedding day and couldn't have made us feel more comfortable. We laughed a lot, felt confident and relaxed with him. Roman caught every nook and cranny of our wedding (even a lot of things that I didn’t get to truly see) and gave us all those memories and more to keep forever. Don't even question it. Roman is the most humble and lovely wedding photographer EVER.

Roman is imaginative and creative in his photography. His use of various backgrounds enhanced our photos in a way where each photo told a different story (or chapter) within the complete set. My husband and I are not ones for paparazzi, but Roman made us feel very comfortable and captured those amazing moments that really portrayed the true us. The pictures turned out amazing and we couldn’t recommend him enough.

Good experience
Roman was a pleasure to work with. The session with him felt extremely comfortable and not rushed. He captured the natural little moments throughout the day, rather than an album full of staged photos. I could not dream that someone could make such beautiful wedding photos for us!I cannot wait to use his services again for family shoots in the future!

Totally recommend
Roman & Kate felt like I was hanging out with my old friends. They were super sweet, had great energy throughout the shoot and were flexible when we needed to change the location last minute. We got so many positive comments from other guests on the day and long after the wedding being pleasantly surprised that the they were incredibly easy to work with. Our family and friends are equally in love with them! They truly went above and beyond what was asked and I will always strongly recommend them to anyone.
