Chef Guzman and his team made our event special. They provided great food and service. 5 star all the way.

Catering was something let my now husband decide on for our wedding. We were deciding on more traditional hawaiian food or chef elmer. The traditional hawaiian food would've been cheaper but Chef Elmer was so personable and kind that we decided to go with him- also his food is phenomenal! So worth it! Food was something I was most concerned about for our wedding as I know that's something that your guests remember so I wanted to make sure it was great! We got a lot of good feedback from our guests and couldn't be happier!

Chef Elmer is the best! His food is amazing and he even customized our menu options based on our taste and budget. What he was able to create was more then we could have ever imagined. I was able to do a tasting with my family at one of his restaurant locations, poke stop in Mililani (which by the way has amazing food as well! Absolutely love that place) and he and his staff were so nice and accommodating. Great experience working with him. At the wedding all of our guest were in love with the food and couldn't stop talking about it! We used not only his food service but his bar service as well and they were all so kind and professional. They made our specialty drinks perfectly based on the recipes we provided them and they were even careful not to open and waste alcohol bottles for our open bar so that we could return the unused bottles to Costco which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!!!!!
