We worked with Heidi from Bliss Events for our wedding in Cabo, and I honestly don’t know how we would have done it without her. From start to finish, she made the entire destination wedding planning process feel completely seamless and stress-free — which is exactly what we were hoping for.

Bliss Events does it all. They help you choose the perfect venue from the many incredible options in Cabo — they’ll even organize a trip for you to tour them, or walk you through each one virtually and explain the pros and cons of every location based on your preferences, vision, and budget. Once we chose our venue, Heidi and her team handled everything.

Throughout the process, we had Zoom meetings where she guided us step by step — always organized, always on top of the details, and always reassuring. She planned a special trip for my fiancé, our moms, and me to visit Cabo, stay at the hotel where our guests would be staying, and do our tasting at the venue. During that trip, she also scheduled my hair and makeup trial. After the trial, I wasn’t fully happy with how it turned out — and without hesitation, Heidi made sure that for the actual wedding weekend, I had time set aside for a second trial so I could feel completely confident and happy with my look. That meant the world to me.

Heidi worked closely with so many local vendors in Cabo, and she curated a list of options that matched our vision and our budget. Choosing vendors for a wedding — especially in a different country — can be incredibly overwhelming, but she made it easy. She even FaceTimed me while touring rental options so I could see all the plates, linens, and décor in real time, and helped us get exactly what we wanted.

The day-of logistics were handled perfectly. Bliss Events arranged transportation for all of our guests, including a private car for us after the wedding so we could have some time alone as newlyweds. And the day after our wedding, Heidi went above and beyond — she personally brought everything we had left at the venue to our honeymoon resort. That’s the kind of personal touch and attention to detail you get with her.

From the moment we landed in Cabo, I didn’t feel a single ounce of stress. Heidi made everything smooth, thoughtful, and beautifully organized. Julia at Bliss Events is an amazing wedding planner. She make you feel heard, she advocates for you in all situations, and is extremely responsive. She makes you feel like you are old lifelong friends catching up, she has a ton of experience in the field and her advice on aspects of the wedding all proved to be correct. She is great at making sure you are meeting your budget goals. Her attention to detail, even to something as simple as a lengthy email with multiple questions, is relieving. She makes the process of planning a wedding as stress free and fun as possible!

Working with Heidi and Sofia from Events by Bliss was one of the best decisions we made for our destination wedding in Cabo. Traveling to a different country for your wedding, you truly dont know what to expect but after hearing that my wedding was the best one that a lot of my guests have been to made it all worth it! I had calls with several planners in the Cabo area before deciding to work with Bliss Events, as they had tons of experience working at the venues I was interested in, and they stressed how well they did at staying within budget. I worked with Julia and Karla, and they were both a joy to work with and offered great ideas when I was being indecisive. They were very responsive and had the best recommendations for vendors based on our preferences and price points. Leading up to the wedding day, they were so communicative, and even as we were getting nervous and stressed, they helped us stay calm and were super flexible in helping us add/remove last-minute guests, and the weekend went better than we could've imagined. We had planned on having fireworks later in the night, but because of the quickly rising tide, we had to adjust the schedule to earlier, and Julia and Karla made it all happen without a hitch, and the timing ended up being even better than our original plan.
