Claudia and the entire LOE Events team made our fairytale wedding a reality. I have no words to express the beauty of every single detail in our wedding. From the moment we hired Clau, she was at our service with every phone call, message, and question. The team made sure our wedding was completely stress free and we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. They jumped in action anytime a hiccup came up and we didn’t skip a beat. I could not recommend them more. Especially if you’re not from the area. The vendors they used are more than wonderful and every single person made us feel so special. Not just us as the couple but our family and guests. I can not say enough about the amazing service and talent and love that they put into each detail and event!

It has taken me far too long to write this review, partly because I genuinely don’t know how to put into words what Claudia and the entire LOE team gave us.

When my husband and I decided to get married in San Miguel de Allende, we started the way I imagine most destination couples do: Google, Pinterest, and absolutely no idea how much we didn’t know. We interviewed several wedding planners, all of whom seemed knowledgeable and well connected, but Claudia was different from the very first conversation. She was warm, joyful, kind, and immediately felt like someone we would want beside us through something so personal. We chose LOE because of Claudia, and it was one of the best decisions we made.

We initially came to her with ideas for a wedding. Claudia helped us imagine an entire San Miguel experience.

She introduced us to traditions like the rompehielo and callejonada and helped us understand how special it could be to really embrace the city rather than simply host a wedding there. She never pressured us into anything. Instead, she gave us possibilities, listened to what felt like us, and somehow took our Pinterest boards, half-formed ideas, and occasionally chaotic decision-making and turned them into something more beautiful than we knew how to articulate ourselves.

Every detail felt personal. When we wanted a clear tent rather than something that would hide the surroundings, she helped create a space that became absolutely magical at night under the lights. She suggested painting the floor, which ended up being one of those details that made the entire setting, and the photographs, even more beautiful. When I wanted to walk down the aisle to “Pure Imagination,” she found a violinist and worked with him to learn and perfect it. We exchanged recordings until it was exactly right. The flowers, candles, food, cake, music, mariachi, furniture, photography, videography, and tiny finishing details all came together seamlessly.

And then there were all the things we never planned for.

I decided at practically the last minute that I wanted a little bridal gathering in my suite. Claudia made champagne, sweets, flowers, and everything else simply appear. When the wedding-day sun was stronger than anticipated, beautiful umbrellas appeared for our guests. She knew when to pull me away to change into my second look, made sure guests who had perhaps enjoyed a little too much tequila 😂 got safely back to their hotels, navigated family dynamics with incredible grace, and handled countless things I’m sure I still don’t know happened.

The greatest compliment I can give her is that we got to experience our own wedding.

The day before, my husband and I were literally lying in the sun outside our suite, handwriting our vows while we watched our wedding being built around us. We weren’t answering vendor questions or solving problems. Claudia and her team were doing all of it.

On our wedding day, I opened the door and saw everything finished for the first time: the tent, candles, florals, tables, every detail we had talked about for months. It was breathtaking.

But my favorite memories of Claudia aren’t actually about logistics.

Before I walked down the aisle, she reminded me to slow down. This is your moment. Take it in. Take your time.

I’m an incredibly sentimental person, and somehow she knew exactly what I needed in that moment. I did take it in. I remember it. And I’ll always be grateful to her for that.

She also knew me well enough to surprise me with a fabulous white feathered cowboy hat because apparently my wedding weekend required a little Beyoncé energy. 😂 A year later, when my husband and I returned to San Miguel for our anniversary, Claudia changed her own travel plans so she could have dinner with us. She arrived with our dried wedding bouquet, beautifully preserved and framed in gold, as an anniversary gift. I cried.

At some point along the way, our wedding planner became our friend.

We’ve since seen Claudia in Las Vegas, celebrated from afar, and stayed part of each other’s lives. She still remembers our anniversary. She still checks in. And that says everything about the kind of person she is.

Our guests still talk about our wedding. They talk about the beauty, the food, the callejonada, the music, the energy, and how much fun they had. For many of them, it was their first experience with San Miguel and its traditions, and Claudia helped us give them something none of us will ever forget.

If one of my best friends called me tomorrow and said she was considering getting married in San Miguel, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second:

They know the city. They know the vendors. They know how to turn an idea into an experience. But more importantly, Claudia understands that underneath all of the flowers, timelines, tents, music, and beautiful photographs, this is one of the most intimate and emotional days of your life.

Our wedding was beyond anything we could have imagined, and Claudia was an enormous part of why.

We would choose her again a thousand times over.

We really enjoyed our experience with Clau. She is easy to work with and her vendor network in San Miguel was incredible. All of the services she recommended from photography, dj, food, etc were amazing and seemed to come together effortlessly.

Encontre a LOE Weddings despues de haber tenido muy mala experiencia con otra planner en SMA. Claudia me escucho y me aconsejo desde el primer contacto. Fueron honestas conmigo y entendieron exactamente lo que yo buscaba para mi boda. En ningun momento desconfie de ellas y no me estrese para nada. En verdad creo que nunca me hubiera imaginado una boda tan espectacular. Todo salio perfecto de principio a fin. Cabe decir que no vivo en Mexico asi que planear todo desde lejos si me tenia nerviosa pero nada salio mal. Los pagos fueron transparentes. Desde un principio Claudia respeto el presupuesto que le dijimos y si hubo algunos extras al final pero fueron por cosas que nosotros agregamos. 100% recomendada. Claudia es una experta y se nota que hace su trabajo no por el dinero sino porque en realidad le apasiona su carrera. Al final de esta experiencia sali con una amiga mas a la que aprecio muchisimo. Claudia and her team were amazing! Since it was raining on my wedding day, Claudia and her team quickly rearranged the cocktail tables, reception supplies, and the ceremony chairs. I had Aime at my side at all times during my wedding to make I had whatever I needed. She was excellent. During the months leading up to the wedding, Claudia was swift to reply to my messages. She gave me recommendations for multiple photographers and officiants.
