Claudia and the entire LOE Events team made our fairytale wedding a reality. I have no words to express the beauty of every single detail in our wedding. From the moment we hired Clau, she was at our service with every phone call, message, and question. The team made sure our wedding was completely stress free and we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. They jumped in action anytime a hiccup came up and we didn’t skip a beat. I could not recommend them more. Especially if you’re not from the area. The vendors they used are more than wonderful and every single person made us feel so special. Not just us as the couple but our family and guests. Encontre a LOE Weddings despues de haber tenido muy mala experiencia con otra planner en SMA. Claudia me escucho y me aconsejo desde el primer contacto. Fueron honestas conmigo y entendieron exactamente lo que yo buscaba para mi boda. En ningun momento desconfie de ellas y no me estrese para nada. En verdad creo que nunca me hubiera imaginado una boda tan espectacular. Todo salio perfecto de principio a fin. Cabe decir que no vivo en Mexico asi que planear todo desde lejos si me tenia nerviosa pero nada salio mal. Los pagos fueron transparentes. Desde un principio Claudia respeto el presupuesto que le dijimos y si hubo algunos extras al final pero fueron por cosas que nosotros agregamos. 100% recomendada. Claudia es una experta y se nota que hace su trabajo no por el dinero sino porque en realidad le apasiona su carrera. Al final de esta experiencia sali con una amiga mas a la que aprecio muchisimo. Feb 2025 bride here! We had the most incredible Jewish destination wedding at Casa Cien in San Miguel de Allende, thanks entirely to the Loe weddings team, headed by Claudia. They brought our vision to life, understood exactly what we wanted, negotiated prices with vendors to stay within our budget, and gave us a selection of world-class professionals for everything from the catering to the flowers to the music and photography. Loe also recommended the perfect venues for the welcome dinner and farewell brunch. Claudia was amazing at communicating with us, keeping us on schedule and available whenever we needed her. Wedding in San Miguel 2024
My husband and I got married in SMA and Claudia made our day magical!! I never worried about a thing and she captured my day in the most gorgeous way! More than I even imagined and expected! Every detail was a dream and her entire team is exceptional. We are from Miami, so relying on Claudia for recommendations was imperative. She did not disappoint! I am MOB in Texas and this was long distance planning. My involvement was mainly financial, yet my daughter and Claudia asked my opinions. we always group communicated via What app video/text as needed. One instance Claudia was in the flower market and another time, with the “equipment” market (choosing place settings , chairs, linens, etc) with her vendor to show us options.
She visited our chosen venue in advance of our arrival and had wonderful suggestions for us when arrived onsite, three days prior to the event.
the vendors Claudia uses are top notch. Bartenders,caterers , DJ, etc. We received many compliments from the guests. . claudia has options for every aspect of the wedding.
mostly, my daughter used options provided and several times she chose her own person -like hair and make up.
Cluadia’s planning fee is very reasonable. We gave her a budget up front. if we surpassed that budget, it was not Claudia’s fault; we seemed to add in a little extra want, here and there. In regards to the vendors , it was all paid upfront; she collected payment from us for them. There were no hidden surprises ; she lists it for you. i always asked for receipts for my budgeting /bookkeeping.
My daughter and her husband are very line item , spread sheet kind of people. Claudia is not. This frustrated my daughter a bit, but it is not a deal breaker by any means.
I can tell the people she contracts respect her professionalism. Claudia is also very open to the client’s ideas. i am sure we frustrated her at times , but she was always open to our ideas.
In my role as mother of the bride, I would not hesitate to recommend Claudia for a destination event planner.
She is professional , polite , and is amenable to new ideas.

Clau has been so wonderful throughout this whole process. We decided on Clau as a wedding planner for us after realizing how responsive she was and willing to work within our budget. From the beginning she was communicative, reliable and open to my vision. We were nervous trusting anyone in a different country (we are in the US) with the planning and the payments but I was glad that we did because she really made everything come to fruition in the best way. The contract she has is thorough and outlines everything. She was open to have meeting with us and my parents who were involved in the planning. We visited with her once in San Miguel to view welcome party venues, look at furniture, flower settings, make up/hair trial, mojingangas, and taste test catering options. From there she was able to take everything I asked for and really made it come to life including the dance floor being a specific design that matched our invitations. The wedding, the welcome party, callejoneada and reception were everything I could have asked for and all of our guests kept telling us how fun it all was. The DJ she brought in also did such a good job, all the guests talked about how the playlist was soooo goood. We partied for sure!! The catering staff was extremely attentive and we were so impressed with how everything came out and the open bar selections in our package were excellent. We also had a taco stand and elotes at the end of the night which was such a hit. It was honestly purely magical and all our guests had a fantastic time. We had so many people tell us what a beautiful wedding it was.
Thank you for everything Clau! We cannot recommend her enough!!

Amazing Day!
Claudia was amazing, since the first moment I spoke to her! She helped my husband and I plan our 25th Wedding Anniversary Renewal. I was scared at first to plan a destination renewal wedding, but Claudia made the whole planning process so easy for us. Wow! What a fantastic wedding planner! My husband and I found Clau online after deciding that having an international wedding in Mexico was a possibility. We have seen beautiful weddings posted via social media and various platforms on how San Miguel is the most romantic city! We contacted Clau, discussed the following steps, and coordinated with us regarding venue visits. Upon arrival, we knew two things. 1. San Miguel was the city for us. 2. Clau was the right choice for a wedding planner. She was excellent in coordinating with us back and forth at all times, and she coordinated with the venue and the church to answer all our questions. Absolutely Life & Sanity Saving
Thank you so much! We could not have had the spectacular wedding that we had without Clau and LOE. She made our wedding feel like it was thousands of dollars more extravagant. She took care of everything and all her vendors are amazing. She was consistent in her communication and from beginning to end she saw my vision and took care of everything. I really didn’t want to decide a lot of the details so she made sure to only come to me with what was necessary. Everyone who attended really felt like it was the best wedding they had ever been too and that’s all because of Clau. We were so impressed! From the food to the DJ (who had everyone dancing until 1am) it was absolutely flawless. Would recommend her to anyone and everyone. So thankful! Filled with joy!
What can we say, Claudia and her team made our dream wedding come true. She worked with our budget and communication with her was great. A few family members had asked me if I was stressed out planning our wedding, but I was not one bit stressed or worried about anything. She got my vision from the very beginning; the whole planning process was just easy. The day of the wedding, everything flowed so perfectly. Many brides say to enjoy your day because it goes by so fast and that is very much true, and I am happy that I got to enjoy mine. Our guest LOVED the Mexican buffet and the cocktail drinks, especially the maracuya one. We also had churros and coffee towards the end, and they loved that as well. I wish I could relive that day again and just press pause on time to intake absolutely every single detail of the event.

We searched for months for the right planner and were let down so many times until LOE weddings and events. Claudia was extremely responsive and professional from the very beginning. We let her know what our budget was and she gave us all of the details right away. Planning a destination wedding in another country can be daunting but she made it easy and fun! What we got on our wedding weekend was far beyond what we ever could have dreamed up. She literally took care of everything for us, from hair & makeup, cake, lighting, custom dance floor, epic DJ, the traditional callejoneada, delicious food, and equally amazing cocktails. My fiancée and I wanted to get married in San Miguel de Allende since our family and friends are disbursed across Mexico and the US. After doing some research we came across the large wedding planner, Penzi. Not too disparage them, but it was rather obvious that they run a mill and their service is rather playbook. This wouldn’t work for us because we wanted something super custom to honor our families and multiple cultures coming together for our wedding. After briefly going with a different boutique planner that meant well but couldn’t execute, I did research here on wedding wire and found Claudia.
One zoom call later my fiancée and I knew Claudia was the one. She’s highly inquisitive, has extreme attention to detail, and will work endlessly to make sure you have the best night of your life. Moreover, she has a massive network in SMA that allowed us to get the pick of the kitty litter for every vendor. My now wife and I trust her completely and hope you will too!
In a past life, I was an investment banker who received the “attention to detail” hazing, so I have high expectations with every person I do business with. Claudia exceeded all my expectations and then some.
Have you ever seen pans labyrinth? The film by Guillermo del toro? Remember how detailed the film was - he clearly laid out every detail. Claudia is his preferred event planner. Take a guess why! Excelente servicio
A pesar de que tuve que cambiar 2 veces la fecha de mi evento, nunca tuve ningún problema con mis proveedores por parte de LOE, ellos se encargaron de todo, quede muy satisfecha con todos sus servicios, son muy profesionales y mi boda quedo mucho mejor de lo que imagine, totalmente los recomiendo al 100% -

Magical!!!!
There are not enough words to express how amazing my experience was with Claudia. Where to begin!! From the start, she was so communicative and flexible with her time and not to mention- extremely organized!!! I felt so at ease talking with her and discussing all my wildest wedding dreams. It felt like having my best friend working alongside me to put it all together. Everything from the flowers to the music to the procession of the day flowed so perfectly. She even found the exact match of table decorations I sent her from an online photo I found!!!! She truly made my wedding perfect. Best service in the wedding industry!!
Planning a wedding, especially a destination one, is a very hectic process. It’s a project that takes months. At the beginning the process seems impossible. Well, Claudia made this process possible, easy, and, most importantly, enjoyable. We previously had a wedding planner that we felt just wasn’t a good fit and we started hating the process. We switched to Claudia and everything changed. It turned into a magical process. She was always available to answer our texts, calls, emails, etc. She also helped us stay within our budget but still get the wedding of our dreams. People are still telling us how amazing the food was at our wedding weeks after. Claudia handled all the vendors for us and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The church process is also very confusing and she walked us through it all. By the end, we considered Claudia a friend rather than just our planner. Wedding at La Aldea
Our wedding ceremony was magical in all aspects. LOE helped materialize our dream wedding and took care of all details from beginning to end. Our wedding was special and we appreciate all the effort Claudia and her team put into it. Our wedding was a Tuscan under the stars type of concept, with rustic chic details. I really appreciate LOE’s patience and attention during all the planning process, as I was a Bridezilla. I was a pain, and I can say that I never noticed negative attitude nor lack of attention from them. They did an AMAZING job, we loved our wedding! Everything was perfect just as we expected. All the details defined during the planning were there: Flowers, Lights, Shapes & Colors, Chairs, Music selection, etc.
LOE’s catering marked a difference. Until today, I have just received compliments on the menu (including steak, shrimp and vegetarian option). Food was cooked perfectly and delivered on a perfect timing to all the guests, with the quality we have expected. Something remarkable is that food was delivered hot, even with the cold-rainy weather we had that day.
Attention and service for our guests was great! Glasses were never empty and from what I have heard, guests never requested or asked for something twice. Follow up and creativity within planning is also something important and LOE is really focus on offering it. You can really trust them, they are experts that know the timing of the planning, they have innovative ideas but always trying to fit your budget and respecting your original ideas. I would choose them again – Thank you LOE for such a wonderful wedding!!! -

Positive:
· Responded really fast.
· She gave good advice in a separate event we were organizing without her.
· We consider our wedding a success.
· Flowers and production were better than expected. One example is that we wanted some flowers but, in the end, they were too expensive for our budget, but she put in some artificial flowers anyway.
· We wanted to present churros a certain way she also may it happen.
Negative:
· It was unprofessional to discuss financial matters just after the wedding finished. We were not in the appropriate state for the discussion. The guests noticed something was going on.
· The food that we chose for the tasting was not the one at the wedding, it was changed without notice. We traveled to taste food for our wedding, we selected filet mignon and risotto, and at the wedding, we had beef steak with white rice.
· DJ was changed without notice. We found out by investigating ourselves. Claudia was able to fix it on time, but if we hadn't asked, we would have ended up with an unknown DJ.
· We had to be persistent to have the drinks and plates we wanted. She said they were available then told us they were not. We insisted and we were able to get them.
· At some point she told us the wedding was possible at a certain budget, to then tell us it was going to be more expensive than expected. In the end, we did not increase the budget.

Aún así debo ser sincera contigo que a sido un poco sorprendente el leer que para ti cambiamos el menú sin previo aviso , cuando yo personalmente al momento en que estaban comiendo fui como siempre lo hago con ustedes a preguntar si todo estaba correcto y me dijiste que todo estaba perfecto , de hecho sus platos como el de los invitados regresaron limpios . Aún así créeme que tendré una reunión interna como seguimiento a lo que expresas . Sobre los asuntos financieros al finalizar el evento , creí que era honesto regresarte el depósito en garantía y ya lo habíamos acordado mucho antes que así sería al término de la fiesta. La situación es que al siguente día era año nuevo no sería un día laboral y como me lo diste en efectivo era muy complicado verlos de nuevo o hacer una transferencia intenté darles tranquilidad de que tuvieran su dinero , pero parece ser que se interpretó esto mal , de igual manera no pensamos que el comentarte de la hora extra del dj sería molestia para ustedes . Nunca nos había pasado eso . Sobre el cambio de dj que mencionas hay situaciones fuera de nuestras manos y por ello siempre está nuestra calidad y garantía, aún así en cualquier cambio de última hora en los DJ’s se hizo una reunión previa para que lo conocieran ,sin embargo me parece que se logró el objetivo de una forma positiva , ya que dimos como siempre nuestro mejor esfuerzo y entusiasmo para que vivieran una gran experiencia y esto se vio reflejado en cosas extras que no me habías aceptado cuando me pediste precios fuera del contrato inicial y sin embargo quisimos complacerles y darles la sorpresa de que cada elemento extra aún así ,se les dio de cortesía con gusto.
