We truly could not have picked a more perfect venue than The Secret Garden for our wedding. We had our wedding there on 3/15/26 and it was everything we dreamed of and more. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The garden setting is so romantic and intimate. From the ceremony space to the reception area, it was the perfect atmosphere for our wedding of 125 people. One of the biggest reasons our day went so seamlessly was The Epic Events team that works with the venue. Our day-of coordinator, Laura, was beyond amazing, she went far above and beyond just coordinating logistics. She made sure everything (and everyone!) was exactly where they needed to be, kept the timeline running smoothly, and helped bring our vision to life in a way that exceeded our expectations. The photography and videography team were equally incredible. Tammy and Ashley made us feel so natural and comfortable in front of the camera while keeping the energy fun and positive all day long. And a huge thank you to the videography team, who stepped in at the last minute when our originally booked videographer went MIA. They made the transition completely seamless, and Koyla was an absolute joy to work with. The entire day flowed so smoothly, and we were actually able to be present and enjoy every moment, which is the biggest gift you can ask for on your wedding day. If you’re considering The Secret Garden, I cannot recommend it enough, especially with the Epic team. It truly was the happiest day of our lives, and we’re so grateful for everyone who made it possible!

In our third attempt at wedding planning due to COVID, we were looking for a venue to host our 20 person micro wedding. We looked at a number of highly regarded venues in the San Diego area but, once we saw Rancho Valencia, there was no contest. It is definitely a beautiful property but even more than that, we felt that their level of service and professionalism was extraordinary. They also took Covid precautions very seriously and we felt that our guests would feel safe and secure. We worked with Whitney throughout the planning process and she was warm, responsive and on top of everything. Between navigating Covid, rain predicted for the wedding day and normal wedding day logistics, they were very flexible and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. Comparative to other venues claiming to be of this caliber, we also thought we got a good value for our event. Weddings are not cheap, even small ones, but they are a class act in every way. As you are exploring options for this large investment, know that you will be in excellent hands at Rancho Valencia.

We got married at the Inn over Memorial Weekend 2024 and it was the PERFECT venue for our celebration! The staff went above and beyond in every way and ensured even the smallest details were handled. The staff is made of best-in-class professionals from top to bottom. The valet team in particular were a massive help - from unpacking our U-haul full of wedding materials to driving guests back from our after party at Nick and G's in the golf cart (completely on their own!). Camille, Raj, and Vikram were a fantastic team. They created a very relaxed atmosphere with beautiful rooms and common spaces, as well as world class food and drinks. Our guests were blown away by every aspect of the weekend, which included a Friday Welcome Party on the Azalea lawn and Sunday morning brunch in the Library area. The food was amazing at every stop - something that is hard to pull off with over 230 people! - and people are still raving about the cocktails (the spicy marg was a hit!). As the bride and groom, they saw to it personally that we were always relaxed, excited, and well taken care of - including beautiful flowers and champagne in our rooms at check in. We cannot recommend the Inn highly enough as a venue for a wedding or any other large gathering - they absolutely crushed it!

From our first visit to the last dance, our experience with the Hacienda Santa Fe was simply remarkable. It is a family-owned and curated experience that leaves the bride and groom feeling loved and honored throughout. The setting is breathtaking. Our wedding was under a grove of trees and the reception was held in the enchanting barn, with no detail missed. They are flexible with which vendors you choose, but the catering team and designer they recommended went above and beyond to make our wedding unique and honestly, perfect.
