This beautiful venue allows you to exchange vows in a lush garden setting, surrounded by your friends and family. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or an extravagant celebration with up to 350 guests, The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe will make it unforgettable.

Facilities and Capacity

The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe is set on 25 picturesque acres, with a multitude of event spaces and accommodations. With its charming cottages and pretty villas, it's like its own enchanted village. Exchange vows in a romantic open-air ceremony in the magical Rose Garden, or the sweeping Croquet Lawn. Then, move into the elegant Azalea Ballroom for an incredible night of dining and dancing. Receptions can also be held outdoors, either open-air or beneath a tent. The venue also features get-ready rooms where you and your party can prepare for the big day.

Services Offered

The team at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe will do everything possible to ensure your special day lives up to your vision. The venue's in-house catering team can provide a delicious reception feast for you and your guests, customized to suit your taste. Tables, chairs, flatware, glassware, china, and linens will be supplied for you, and the staff will handle setup and cleanup. Should you or any of your guests wish to stay overnight, there's plenty of onsite accommodation available. 80 luxurious guest rooms and suites are spread across 17 cozy cottages, ensuring a comfortable stay for all.

Perfect Wedding Weekend!

We got married at the Inn over Memorial Weekend 2024 and it was the PERFECT venue for our celebration! The staff went above and beyond in every way and ensured even the smallest details were handled. The staff is made of best-in-class professionals from top to bottom. The valet team in particular were a massive help - from unpacking our U-haul full of wedding materials to driving guests back from our after party at Nick and G's in the golf cart (completely on their own!). Camille, Raj, and Vikram were a fantastic team. They created a very relaxed atmosphere with beautiful rooms and common spaces, as well as world class food and drinks. Our guests were blown away by every aspect of the weekend, which included a Friday Welcome Party on the Azalea lawn and Sunday morning brunch in the Library area. The food was amazing at every stop - something that is hard to pull off with over 230 people! - and people are still raving about the cocktails (the spicy marg was a hit!). As the bride and groom, they saw to it personally that we were always relaxed, excited, and well taken care of - including beautiful flowers and champagne in our rooms at check in. We cannot recommend the Inn highly enough as a venue for a wedding or any other large gathering - they absolutely crushed it!

Romantic Setting, Exceptional Service

We had the privilege of hosting our wedding at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe. Every curve ball and obstacle we encountered during our wedding planning process (thanks COVID!) was handled with grace and quick thinking. After postponing our big celebration with friends and family, we decided to get married legally in the interim. When we couldn't find a suitable location, Kathy jumped into action and led us to the Azalea lawn, a private, quiet garden, where we were able to share our vows with only a few family members present. Fast forward a year, The Inn was still the stunning and perfect backdrop for our celebration. We said "I still do" under the trees on the Mariposa Lawn, enjoyed cocktail hour on the Croquet Lawn, and dined and danced under the stars where we exchanged our vows a year earlier, on the Azalea Lawn. Kathy and her team blew us all away by their devoted hospitality, exceptional service, and flexibility to allow our guests to feel safe, pampered, and have a wonderful time celebrating love and togetherness! We cannot thank them enough and hope to visit again soon!

Incredible Venue and Service!

My daughter was married at The Inn this last September and we had an amazing experience. They are so organized and Kelly is amazing to work with! She answered all of our questions and was so helpful throughout the process. I can’t imagine that day going any better and I know my daughter had the best day of her life there!

Amazing DREAM Venue

The Inn is truly a dream. It was the perfect spot for our wedding reception. They are so organized and as a bride, I had nothing to worry about. Kelly was amazing and so helpful answering our questions. The Inn is hands down the best place for a romantic/dreamy wedding!

My fiancé and I were engaged just before Thanksgiving 2014. I immediately jumped on the venue hunt to have first pick ahead of the newly engaged couples of Christmas and New Years. The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe thankfully made my list early after searching online for photos of local venues. Margaret was the catering manager at that time. She kindly agreed, after hearing the pleading in my voice, to stay later than planned on her holiday weekend in order for us to stop by. When we arrived, we were greeted by the smiling faces of the valet drivers, the smiling faces of the front desk... I could go on and on. Everyone is always smiling here! It did not take long for me to be sold. Being an equestrian myself, the bit detail in the railings and the pool cabanas, the horse statues, the horse paintings, the saddle chairs.....it was love at first sight.

this is a beautiful quaint boutique hotel in the heart of Rancho Santa Fe, just minutes from the beach. The staff was superb and accomodated our small wedding reception as if I were royalty. Menu changes and subsitutions were not an issue and there was no minimum even though we were booking for a premium night! I wish I could do it all over again just to enjoy the location!

Loved it. everything went smoothly, they listened to our desires and made sure they were correct. If there was any issues, someone was readily available to assist. they were nice a little pricey but they delivered great service which made it worth it.

The Inn was a fantastic venue for the right price. Marianna, the banquet coordinator, was very flexible and helped us work within our budget. The majority of our guests stayed at the Inn for the duration of our wedding weekend and everyone was raving about the guest service and how perfect everything was. If you're looking for a quaint venue with a fantastic destination feel - the Inn is a great spot.
