Amanda and her assistant were great.
They did both hair and makeup for myself and my 2 bridesmaids, arriving bright-eyed and bushy-tailed at our hotel room at 6 in the morning to get started so that we would be ready for my 11am wedding.
They got set-up right away and went straight into action, finishing 30 minutes ahead of schedule, allowing us to relax for a bit before heading off to the venue.
They did airbrush makeup for us, which I am a fan of. I don't often wear much makeup, and this felt much lighter than normal foundation does for me. Amanda was also very sensitive to the fact that I am a minimalist with makeup and made sure not to overwhelm me - she kept it light and natural as I had requested, and I loved it.
The hair came out beautifully for all 3 of us, though for one bridesmaid with especially fine hair, her curls had fallen out most of the way before the ceremony. (We re-curled them right before, so it was okay). My hair was pinned in a low up-do, which held through the ceremony and reception, but began to fall a bit after ~6-7 hours. Part of the reason for this is likely that I have a LOT of hair, so it was really heavy.

All in all, Amanda was a pleasure to work with, she was friendly and professional, and went the extra mile to be my hair & makeup artist on wedding day.

As someone who never gets done up, I was nervous about working with someone I had never met. But, I spoke with Amanda on the phone to get a feel for her work, and I was sold. Her prices were reasonable and she was so knowledgeable about hair, makeup, and brides. I told her that I wanted to try extensions for the first time but had no idea how to go about it. She offered to take me to a store that sells hair extensions and help pick out what I needed. When they didn't have my exact color, she found the best match and put highlights in the extensions so they would match my hair color perfectly.

On our trial meeting, Amanda made me feel so comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted for my wedding day look. She produced the most beautiful hair and makeup I have ever seen on myself, and I felt like a celebrity. I was planning my CA wedding from FL and from our first phone conversation I was completely confident working with Amanda. She was always extremely prompt with her emails and you can really tell she cares about her clients and her work. I was a bit nervous because we kept adding people to our final count on the big day, but Amanda was completely accommodating. We had 13 women/girls having hair and makeup done on the morning of my wedding. Amanda and her team showed up at our rental home at the crack of dawn, full of smiles. Amanda was amazing! She did my hair as well as my bridesmaids, mom, and mother-in-law. Everyone looked BEAUTIFUL! She listened to what I wanted for everyone's hairstyle, and she executed it very well. She is very quick to respond to emails, phone calls, and text. I love the way my makeup turned out, and she really listened to me when I wanted to make a change in my hairstyle after my trial run. Also, my bridemaids hair was amazing!
