I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Marjan. She did the hair and makeup for me, my mom, my sister, and my bridesmaids, and everyone looked absolutely beautiful while still feeling like themselves. She has an incredible ability to enhance each person’s natural beauty, adapt to their individual style, and create a cohesive vision without making anyone feel overdone. She is also honest and transparent about what can realistically be achieved, which I truly appreciated.

I highly recommend scheduling a trial with her. Marjan spent so much time listening to what I wanted and, just as importantly, understanding what I didn’t like. After my initial trial, she thoughtfully invited me back, free of charge, to try doing my eyebrows the way I was considering for my wedding day. She wanted to ensure that I felt completely confident in my choice and wouldn’t have to experiment or feel rushed on my wedding day. That level of care meant a lot to me.

On the wedding day, Marjan’s calm and reassuring demeanor was exactly what I needed. I was incredibly nervous, and she went above and beyond by even helping me get dressed, which was certainly not something she was expected to do. When one of my bridesmaids decided she wanted something slightly different for her hair, Marjan quickly adjusted and created exactly what she had in mind without adding any stress to the day.

Marjan was caring and helpful from our very first call. When I first connected with her, I knew very little about planning a wedding and had given myself only 3 months to pull everything together. She recommended the photographer I ultimately hired, helped me think through the flow of the day, and even created a detailed hair/makeup schedule for me, my mom, sister, and bridesmaids.

Marjan is exceptionally talented, thoughtful, patient, and collaborative. She brings a creative vision while still making sure you feel heard, comfortable, and completely yourself. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
