I was not very pleased with David's Bridal. I loved my dress, and it came in a reasonable time, but I was left alone in their dressing room with a ton of dresses to deal with myself (probably because I was not trying on the most expensive). They also made some pretty horrible comments about the size of my dress and my weight. Very unprofessional.

My dress and veil were stunning all for under $500....my dress looked like it was $5000. Fantastic value, great service for the amount of clients coming through the door! I looked and felt like a million bucks!

I bought a dress at Davids Bridal, and I did not feel like the service would meet any brides standards. Davids Bridal is like the Walmart of bridal shops. the only positive thing about Davids is their pricing

I was pleased with the selection of bridal and bridemaids dresses. I needed my dress hemmed and was pleased but found them to be a bit pricey. Over all with the service we all received from davids bridal I would recommed them to anyone.

This David's Bridal is EXCELLENT!!!! I bought my wedding dress, accessories, flower girl dresses and bridesmaids dresses from this store! The consultants were so friendly and caring. I always received all of my dresses and accessories on time. Whenever my items that I ordered would come in, David's Bridal would always call me immediately. I was so well taken care of there and the staff was amazing! I highly recommend buying your wedding dresses and wedding attire from this David's Bridal!

My dress was beautiful but my bridesmaids had some problems. Lynae my bridal consultant was the best and my dress was not that expensive.

My dress was beautiful and comfortable, but when I bought my dress I wasnt aware of the extent of work and how many layers of tulle was underneath..

I would and will never go back to Davids Bridal again. I bought my dress a year before my wedding. I had to exchange my dress for a different size a few months before my wedding. My dress had to be returned 3 times to the warehouse for a different one because it came back dirty. The people who worked their were rude and didnt seem to care.

I delt with 4 David's Bridals for my wedding I would definitely return to Hagerstown, MD and Cleveland, OH, but I would not return to Fayetteville, NC or Whitehall PA store

My mother and I went to the Whitehall store in January when I thought I would have plenty of time to look for a dress. They did not have much of a selection for me and when asked if I had other choices they did not have in store they said no this was all I could get. So I picked a very pretty dress, but when the alterations lady came out to talk to me about it due to neededing length they said they would take every single pick up out of my dress and put them back in (softer) so it would give more length. When we purchased the dress I had stated I needed a lower price piont due to being out of work (only having so much saved), but they said only size 2 and below could have the $99 sale. So I got the dress. When returning almost 7 months later the alterations woman said they could never do what the first woman told me and I should have asked to order a dress with extra length! I was not given this option when they said I was. So they had to deal with what they had and said I ordered the dress to late (when I actually got it off the rack 10 months before my wedding and they said 6 months was needed). This made me pretty mad, but the dress was still very pretty on my wedding day and just was a little unique compared to the others of the same kind.

I will NEVER recommend David's Bridal to any of my friends who plan to get married! Their professionalism and customer service is worse than any establishment I've ever been to. My bridesmaids wanted to go to DB over Alfred Angelo, against my heed, due to better savings since most of them were on a tight budget. At least 2 of my bridesmaids had major issues when it came to trying to get their dresses. One of my bridesmaids ordered her dress in York, PA and when she went to pick it up, they told her it wasn't there and it was sent to Whitehall, PA despite her request, which they told her was possible. I understand that mistakes happen, but the DB worker had this to say to my bridesmaid: "Well, I can show you how to get to the mall, so the hour drive doesn't seem like such a waste of time." Are you kidding me?! They didn't offer to call the other store, try to get it sent it to York...nothing! In my opinion, they have cheap dresses and large variety of colors and that's the extent. I would never even consider looking for a wedding dress there because I can only imagine the hassle involved with that! Go to Alfred Angelo, if possible, or a smaller chain. Diamonds & Lace in Lemont, PA (near State College) is wonderful!

We went there somewhat last minute because my fiance did not the first dress I bought some place else. We were going to St. Lucia to get married & his opinion is the only on that mattered. So he drags me to David's Bridal in PA. There was like a 20 minute wait to meet with a consultant, but the store was busy & we didn't have an appointment. I had my fiance pic out dresses he liked. Our consultant, Virginia, was great. I told her I wanted ivory & not a corset back & she said no problem. She brought me the dresses my fiance picked out & a few similar to those styles. She told me that one that he picked out had a corset back, so I said forget it. She encouraged me to try it on anyway. She brought it a size smaller than I needed, but it fit??? She knew the size exchange so well, a size smaller in the plus size section was the same a larger size in regular. It fit perfectly & it was "the dress". We both knew it as soon as I put it on. I'm so glad she made me try it on. And because it was so last minute (only a few months out), I'm glad she knew about the size exchanges, otherwise we would have had to rush order & hope it got in in time. Plus it was on sale!!! I know of people who spend $7,000+ on a dress & didn't look as good as I did in my dress!!!! =)

The dress fit so well, it really only needed to be shortened & bustled. They fixed all the loose buttons & hooks. I have read that people got hosed on alterations, luckily I did not. I think alterations were $125 to $150-ish. I'd go there again if I had to.

I bought a dress from their website to wear to a wedding. It too was on sale, arrived quickly & looked great. I am very happy with my David's Bridal experiences.

Not the most professional bridal salon I've been to, but it got the job done nonetheless! I had a more casual ceremony on the beach and a formal reception the following week so I needed a beach wedding dress. Found the perfect one, chiffon with some beading on it....and it was on sale for only $99! Couldn't have found a better deal :)

Was most pleased with David's Bridal than any other dress shop that I went to. All the dresses online are in the store, which a lot of other dress shops didn't have. I brought in my list of dresses I found online, and Virginia, the sales girl, pulled them all out. She was very helpful and friendly. I must have tried on 20 dresses within an hour. Unlike the other dress shops which took 2 hours just to try on 8-10 dresses. A lot more styles and dresses in my price range. Also bought my necklace and earring set there. Would highly recommend David's!
