All the girls at David's went above and beyond to help make sure that all my bridesmaids and matron of honor (some of which were out of ny state) had the dresses they needed at the time we needed them. You ladies are the best!!

Unfortunately I did not have a very good experience with David's Bridal in Middletown. To start, one of my bridesmaid's called to see if their dress had arrived since she had not heard anything about 2 weeks after she was suppose to. When she called, they said they had the dress and would ship it out the next day. About 13 days went by and still no dress. My bridesmaid called again and they said they had it in their hands. She needed the dress, as my wedding was only 4 weeks away and they overnighted it.

My Maid-of-Honor had a horrible experience. When her dress came in, it had been altered so terribly that it could not be fixed. They were not able to get me the same dress OR the same color because they couldn't get it in time for the wedding. I ended up having to change the style of her dress and the color of the dress just 1 week before my wedding. My Maid-of-Honor drove to Middletown about 5 times throughout this ordeal so I demanded at least 50% of a refund be made. The manager I spoke with did give her 50% off and was very friendly while speaking with me on the phone. However, the woman in charge of alterations was very rude to my Maid-of-Honor and had a very poor attitude about the whole situation.

Not something I would wish upon any bride the week of their wedding!

Aside from that, the other dresses were decently priced and everyone liked the color (malibu).

They where help full every time i was there about 10 times

David's Bridal of Middletown, NY was where I bought my wedding dress. I had no plans on getting a dress that day, but the service was great. The employees worked together to find just the right dress for me. I was also very happy with the price of my gown. I would recommend David's Bridal to any bride who is looking for the dress of the dreams for the big day but without breaking the bank.

Picking out my dress was absolutely wonderful. They were very helpful and on top of everything! I feel like when I was looking for bridesmaids dresses it was very hard to find an employee available to help you!

David's Bridal was a great resource for me. We got our bridesmaids dresses and my gown here. They were very timely in their alterations, reasonably priced & very nice to talk to. My questions were answered, and most importantly I was able to customize my dress just the way I wanted to.

The staff at David's Bridal was very friendly and helpful.

My dress was absolutely Cinderella perfect and was worth the wait for delivery and alterations (7 weeks).

If you are looking to save a couple of dollars, but don't want to skip out on quality and beauty; David's Bridal is the place to go.

My Bridesmaids and Maid of Honor found gorgeous dresses that were affordable, perfect for our wedding and most importantly can be worn again to any black tie or other formal affair.

I had my dress handmade but all my bridesmaids ordered their dresses from David's bridal. I allowed them to choose whichever style fit them (as long as it came in my Apple red color) Everything was fine and the dresses were beautiful but like most chain stores we were just another customer. I just prefer the more personal touch of small shops I guess.

I had a great experience at David's. One lady had some issues pinning my dress since the bottom was intricate so she needed some help so I ended up being there for a long time, but it turned out great in the end. The dress wowed everyone, they couldn't believe I paid so little for it.

I went into David's Bridal looking for a dress and everything went great with looking and buying the dress. Not only was it good buying the dress but the alterations went great as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experiance.

David's Bridal made picking out and getting a wedding dress the easiest part of planning my wedding.

Very nice staff!!! I did not purchase my dress in the Middletown store, I purchased it in the Yonkers store...huge mistake! The yonkers store was horrible, the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had alot of problems with them, reason being why I took my gown and the rest of my bridal parties dresses to the Middletown store. I had no problems with them at all, they wer wonderful, I wish I would have went there from the start.

I found my dream dress at DB. Very helpful and I still receive complements about my dress.

My gown was gorgeous and a great value! It did all work out in the end.

However- I lost several dress sizes and they wouldn't order a dress for me that wasn't tried on before like my original dress was.
Also- they sold my bridesmaid a damaged gown.

Everytime I went there, the associates seemed bothered and were not very helpful.

I order invitations online through davids bridal! I did speak w/customer service at times w/questions that I had and they were friendly! Very helpful-they sent me the invitations-spelled everything correctly w/punctuation and the paper was not crinkled or anything! It came when they said it would. It came with instructions.I would recommend to others! It was not expensive either!

I need a dress for after my wedding ceremony.... I went to davids bridal and found the perfect dress the was just what I needed.
