Wonderful experience!

I am so grateful to have had Marianna’s help. We had a bit too much fun at our wedding and I ended up with wine and mud stains on my dress that I couldn’t get to budge on my own. Marianna was a joy to work with and her team worked diligently to get the stains out. The dress came back looking cleaner than when I bought it! I would recommend their services to anyone. Friendly and effective. Couldn’t ask for more!

Wonderful and Personable!

I was hesitant to have my dress preserved after several years passed since my wedding, but finally decided to go forward with it. I was very happy to come across American Wedding Gown Specialists. I worked with Marianna directly and she was very accommodating based on my circumstances. My wedding was over 6 years ago, and my dress had significant mud on the bottom from my outdoor wedding. When I received my gown, I was so excited because the mud stains were completely removed! Also, Marianna included my veil and sash to be preserved with my gown. I also worked with Kris directly to have my gown shipped back to me. I received my gown promptly and in such great condition. I would highly recommend American Wedding Gown Specialists for preserving your wedding gown!

So glad I preserved my gown!

Despite being obsessed with wedding gowns, I hadn't given too much thought to preserving mine, since I'm a COVID bride and still in the midst of deciding whether or not I want to have a larger wedding down the road. All that said, I am so glad that my seamstress referred me to American Wedding Gown Specialists. They were able to remove a giant stain that went down the entire left side of my dress that I didn't even know was there, making it so that I can ACTUALLY wear my gown again. Marianna is an absolute gem and a joy to work with. She updated me at every step of the preservation process, and really went above and beyond what I had expected.

Highly recommend

We were referred by the seamstress who altered my daughter's wedding gown. We completely trusted her referral & are so glad we did. If we could give mire then 5 stars we would. The gown is boxed exquisitely & completely protected. Marianna & her staff, aside from being a pleasure to deal with, went out of their way to assist us in returning it. We live out of state, 2 hours away, but have a close friend nearer to American Wedding Gown Specialists. They delivered the gown to our friend who then brought it on their next visit to family near us. Thank you so much.

Dress cleaning

I had a wonderful experience with Marianna! She was quick to respond to me, and the price was very fair for the quality of the service! I was very nervous about getting my dress cleaned but Marianna did everything so perfect and put the dress in the most beautiful box!! I highly recommend!

Doing the Impossible

I gave Mariana the seemingly impossible task of restoring my mother's wedding gown which had been stored in an old chest for 84 years. It would have been heart-breaking to throw it out. Mariana took her time and was most helpful in advising me. She was able to restore and clean the gown and recreate the 20-foot veil with tiara and all the original Bakelite flower ornaments. There must have been 50 of them. She packed it all in a windowed display box, and I gave it to my daughter as a keepsake. Considering all the work and professional care, the price was very reasonable, and I was glad to pay it. I highly recommend Mariana and her skills and service. - Michael

Outstanding Experience for 10 Year Wedding Anniversary Gift

I could not be happier with my experience with American Wedding Gown Specialists. I wanted to have my wife's wedding dress cleaned and preserved for our 10 year anniversary. Marianna responded almost immediately and was incredibly detailed, knowledgable, and hospitable. The turn-around time was very quick and the final product is incredible. She and her team even helped me to round out the gift with ideas for other accessories, so I loved my experience with them. Luckily, I live locally, but the whole process could easily have been executed from anywhere in the county. It's too bad that I don't have more wedding dresses to clean and preserve!

Cannot get my dress back

This seemed like the perfect solution to preserve my wedding gown. The consultation and shipping to the company was very easy and I felt like they were very thorough. I received confirmation that my gown was ready to be returned to me after only 4 weeks. However it has been a total of 8 weeks and I still have not received my gown back. I have emailed and called multiple times and each time I receive an excuse as to why my dress has not been shipped back. (staff out sick, holiday, won't ship over a weekend). I am just confused why it has been over a month since they notified me it was ready and they have not even boxed it for shipping as of this review. I had such high hopes for this vendor.
