Not sure how there could be any bad reviews. If I could give 10 stars I would. Laura is absolutely amazing! She designs her own dresses and they are stunning. I came here for a bridal gown and it was a tough choice between two dresses, but Laura let me take my time figuring out the one that I really loved. Laura was so helpful and I knew she would not let me leave with just anything. I've been to this store for evening gowns as well and she has always made sure I find something that looks good for my body. I would definitely recommend!!

I just have to start by saying how amazing Laura is. She truly cares about her brides and makes sure that they get exactly what they envision. I have gone to COUNTLESS boutiques and I could never find one that would have the dress that I envision or I feel that I would be limited with the amount of dresses I can try on or look at. But Laura made me feel comfortable, didn't rush me at all, and even took her time to get to know me and help find my dream dress. She actually designs her own dresses. She designed both of my dresses. She made my second dress exactly how I envisioned and it was AMAZING! She was always a text or call away with any questions that I had. Her designs are also STUNNING. I am so grateful for her & how she created my two dream dresses. My mom even found her mother of the bride dress at her boutique as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I cannot stress enough how much I recommend going ANYWHERE else. Initially I chose Laura’s Boutique & Bridal because they assured me they could create a custom gown based on an inspiration photo with a few personalized changes: shoulder straps instead of off‑the‑shoulder, different draping, and a higher bodice. I was told that, beyond an inch of hemming for my shoes, no major tailoring would be necessary because this is a "custom made dress and would be made to my exact measurements". The dress quality was terrible and the dress I received looked nothing like the design we discussed: the straps were off‑the‑shoulder (instead of on/square neck), the bodice sat dangerously low, and the fit and draping were completely off.

When I voiced these concerns, nearly in tears because my wedding was in 5 weeks and this dress was not wearable, the owner’s mother downplayed my concerns and insisted “weddings are about the love” and not the dress, told me I had to pay the remaining 5k because these were "easy fixes the tailor can make". Only afterward did I learn how extensive the alterations would need to be.

Three independent tailors (including two from the shop’s own recommended list) told me the only way to fix the gown was to take it apart and rebuild it. I paid for a custom gown, why would I pay to dismantle it and put it back together?

When I raised these issues, Laura denied we had talked about strap changes and stopped responding altogether, despite my messages, photo, and video evidence.

Laura stopped answering entirely which forced me to take four weeks off work before my wedding to visit countless bridal stores searching for an alternative. I ended up having to order a gown online because no bridal store had my size and they couldn't work within a 4 week window (understandably so). I had to pay thousands of dollars in rush shipment alone AND buy an entirely different gown.

I filed claims with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs. It was a truly TERRIBLE experience.

I have since heard from other customers who have had comparable experiences. For something as important as a wedding dress, clear communication and accountability are essential and unfortunately I did not receive an ounce of that here.
