Expensive and disappointing
I dropped off the gown in late 2023, and had arranged for the gown to be returned by the end of January 2024, as I was moving out of state in early Feb. The end of January came and went. When I called to check on the status of the cleaning, they didn't have an update, but assured me I would get a call and email back once their manager was back in the office. That didn't happen. I called again the day after, and was told this time that the wedding gown specialist was out of town, but that I'd get a call back on the following day once they returned. Again, no call back. I called a third time, basically pleading for some kind of information as the clock was ticking before my move — and FINALLY received a call back the day after that, confirming that the gown would be ready later that week.
Upon receiving the gown, I noticed that makeup stains remained on the bodice. So, I asked to be reimbursed because the cleaning was incomplete. They said they'd take a look at the pictures, and let me know what could be done. Three days later, they called me back, offering to take the gown back and clean up the stains. But by this point, I had already moved out of state.They refused to provide any kind of reimbursement.
Now, I am left having paid full price for a dress that is still stained. The experience was a headache from start to finish.
