I ordered my wedding cake and groom's cake from Erika. The initial meetup with we set up with her was stress-FREE!! She is very flexible with time and worked with both my schedule and hubby's schedule.

We loved both cakes! I pointed out the little details I wanted that gave some Bermudian tradition to my mom and she loved it as well. The groom's cake was a surprise to my hubby. I made sure it was captured on video! It was a hit with him and his friends. Thanks so much!

The cakes were beautiful and tasted great. Erika provided excellent service from the cake tasting to the delivery of the finished cakes. We had so many compliments on them - both for appearance and taste. We were especially happy to have fresh cake that had not been previously frozen and decorated that day like many of the wedding cake bakers in town provide.

Erika did an amazing job on both our wedding and groom's cakes! During the tasting, I had a hard time deciding which flavors to go with because they were all so moist and delicious! My wedding cake was an elegant four-tier cake with tropical flowers and whimsical piped details. Some of the layers were almond and the other was strawberry. Unlike some other bakers, Erika makes her own fondant! All of our guests were just raving about how beautiful and tasty the cakes were. For the Groom's cake, she sculpted a large mouth bass with a hook in it's mouth with a large diamond ring on it. It was a chocolate cake with a nutella buttercream filling! It was a hit!!!

Erika is very creative and pays great attention to detail. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and we are so glad that we chose her to do our cakes. We will definately be using her for all of our future cake needs!

Confections in Cake did both my wedding cake and grooms cake and they were amazing. Erika did this wonderful classic Nintendo grooms cake and it is still the talk of my wedding. My cake was beautiful and elegant just like I wanted. Also, the taste of the cakes was to die for. Confections in Cake was worth every penny.

Erika was fantastic! Not only was she able to save us at the last minute, she was also able to make an amazing groom's cake based only on a few photos. Both the bridal cake and the groom's cake tasted wonderful and were definitely a hit with the guests.

Erika did an awesome job on our wedding cake. When I showed her what I wanted, I had no idea that the cake she would make for our wedding would turn out so beautiful. she did an amazing job and it tasted amazing!! She has the best buttercream icing, it just melts in your mouth. I can't say enough about her work, you have to try it to believe it. The cake was worth every penny.
