    Erika is by far the best cake vendor I have ever seen. She is so incredibly talented when it comes to her design. Not to mention her cakes are by far the best tasting cakes that I have EVER had!!!!!!! I still have people raving about how amazing the cake was!! She was able to put my vision of what I wanted into everything, and far surpassed what I wanted. She is truly outstanding!

    I can't say enough about how amazing our cakes were. We had a very detailed groom's cake and Erika nailed it. Not to mention, it was Hummingbird cake flavor and tasted absolutely amazing.

    My husband and I both absolutely loved our wedding cake! All of the wedding guest adored it! The cake was so beautiful and tasted incredible! I am not a fan of fondant, but hers is the best I have ever tasted!! Our wedding cake was red velvet and white chocolate. If you look at her Instagram page its the cake with the 3 layers of sports teams on the back, Longhorns, Cowboys and Texas Rangers. I will recommend Confections In Cake to everyone I know! I will purchase more cakes in the future! Customer for life! Erika is the best!

    My (now) husband and I met with Erika right after we got engaged to pick out wedding cupcakes! She was super open to the idea and was willing to make 6 different flavors, a separate topper, decorations, and set it up for us on the day of. Her cupcakes/cake are the BEST I have ever tasted. We had marble, white chocolate, turtle, lemon, italian creme, and almond for our cupcake tower. The guests LOVED them and tried many different flavors! Definitely recommend!!

    Erika was so easy to work with. She designed our came with my husband and me when we had our tasting, and it was even better than I imagined. We barely got to taste it at the wedding - but luckily my mom saved us each a piece for when we got back from the honeymoon. It was PERFECTION. Can't wait for our one year anniversary! Whenever I need a cake, I'm calling Erika. She's the best. Period.

    Our wedding cake was absolutely stunning! I got so many compliments of how good the cake tasted. Erika responded to every question I had asked and was so easy to work with. I definitely would recommend her! Thank you for making our wedding cake phenomenal!

    She did an absolutely amazing job. My cake was exactly what I wanted. Everyone LOVED my groom's Dallas Cowboys Fitted Baseball Hat cake. He was sad that we had to cut into it because he loved it so much.
    It wasn't overly sweet, it was light and perfect. I would absolutely recommend them.

    Erika provided the cake for my mother's 70th Birthday celebration and it was phenomenal. Our mistake was in not putting some aside because it totally disappeared. Erika was fantastic to work with and fully interpreted our vision for an "Old Hollywood" themed cake. We highly recommend Erika's services and thank her for helping to make our event a success.

    I was so pleased with Confections in cake. They made our vision come to life. Erika made it extremely easy for myself, the bride and groom. The service and product was excellent. I would use her again with no question. I highly recommend Confections! One of the highlights of our wedding was our beautiful Groomscake, which was truly a work of art!

    Confections in Cake was without a doubt one of
    the easiest decisions we made during our wedding planning process. A few years
    ago, they provided the cakes at my best friend’s wedding and I remember how
    delicious and beautiful those cakes were.
    As soon as I shot an e-mail over to Erika she immediately responded and we
    booked an appointment for cake testing. Cake testing was probably one of the
    hardest decisions, only because everything tasted so delicious! Erika was easy
    to work with and brought to life what I had envisioned my wedding cake to look
    like. Last minute, we decided to add a grooms cake and she did not hesitate to make
    that happen. She even personally delivered and set up our cake which made that
    one less thing we had to worry about on such a busy day! We are so glad that we
    had the experience of working with Erika and highly recommend her for any
    wedding or special event

    I could not have asked for a better wedding cake! We sent Erika a picture of the cake we both liked and told her what our theme was. Every detail on the cake she made for us was absolutely perfect, and I was almost in tears to see the cake I'd been imagining for so long! Not only was the cake beautiful, but it was TASTY!! All out guests were talking about it!

    Erika was very quick to respond to any email we sent her way, she had lots of input and was very flexible with our budget. Would I recommend Confections in Cake? YES!! A million times yes!!

    Erika is phenomenal at what she does. Not only are her cakes absolutely gorgeous, but they are delicious as well. Everyone at our wedding really enjoyed them and said how tasty they were. The chocolate groom’s cake was a big hit and literally gone in minutes! The groom’s cake was the Harley Davidson logo and looked exactly how she described it would. My cake was a simple three tiered round white cake with buttercream icing. It had designs of pearls, scrollwork, and vertical fondant stripes on each tier with royal blue ribbon at the base of each tier. I was extremely happy with what she did for us! I highly recommend using Erika at Confections in Cake for your wedding. You will not be disappointed! Thanks again!!

    Erika was awesome! We came to her with our ideas--and she improved on them. She accommodated my last minute changes (like sending her a home plate to use as the stand for my husband's baseball cake the week of the wedding), and she totally exceeded our expectations with the finished product. I chose a bride's cake with lots of sugar pearl strings and flowers which would have cost a ton of money for any baker to do--so I opted for lovely fabric flowers and glass pearl strands. I was so scared that it wouldn't win my heart the way my inspiration picture had--but Erika came through in spades. The cake was gorgeous and fit my vintage theme so well. I actually liked it better than my inspiration AND it tasted AWESOME! Check out my knot page to see a picture. We recommend Erika whole-heartedly. If you’d like to try her work, check out Pure Bliss yogurt in Arlington. They sell her cupcakes. If you friend her on facebook, you’ll know in advance what flavors are available the day you go.

    Erika not only makes delicious cakes, but her design execution is equally fantastic. All our guests loved both the look and taste of our wedding cakes. I particularly liked that Erika was completely confident to a incorporate a complicated swirling pattern we used for our invitations onto the top tier of our cake. Of the two other bakeries I also interviewed, she was the only one who would make our cake as individualized as we wanted and with the dark purple and white colors we wanted. My husband and I would gladly use Erika's services again.

    Everything that I requested was done exactly as I had asked. The cakes were as tasty as they were beautiful. My guests are still talking about the chocolate peanut butter cup cake!!!

    Erika did an amazing job on our wedding cake. It was absolutely stunning! Our cake was made of four square tiers with navy blue ribbon around the base of each tier. We purchased white roses and calla lilies that Erika place on the cake. It couldn’t have turned out any better! I honestly felt a little bad eating it because it was just so gorgeous but I’m glad I did because it was delicious!!! Everyone at our wedding loved the cake and kept telling us how good the cake was! Confections in Cake has so many favors to choose from. My personal favorite is the chocolate with Oreo cream filling but we chose the almond vanilla flavor (which was delicious too)! I highly recommend Confections in Cake! I will definitely be buying cakes from Erika in the future!

    We had our wedding cake and grooms cake from Erika and they were fabulous. We had a special dinosaur logo she replicated perfectly and the Doctor Who TARDIS was so detailed. We loved her cakes so much we regularly pick up her cupcakes. Erika is a simply a joy to work with!

    My fiance and I met with Erika to try cakes and frostings. We loved everything she brought, but settled on a chocolate and a vanilla. When I told her what I was interested in she understood perfectly and made sure that every detail was right. She explained to me how it work (delivery and set-up) and later emailed me about extra flowers on the cake. She made everything easy for us.
    The cakes were perfect - just what we wanted! They also tasted great! The chocolate, of course, was a big hit. So, I'd recommend ordering more chocolate than vanilla for your guests. Her buttercream fosting is exactly what I wanted - perfect! The price was very reasonable.

    Confections in Cake is awesome. To begin with, she was so quick to respond to emails and phone calls, even my initital request was answered promptly. Her photo gallery is quite extensive so I was able to browse things that she had personally created to see what her style was like. Cake tasting was a breeze and quite fun. Her easy-going, but professional personality was just what I was looking for in all of the wedding planning chaos. The beautiful cake was delivered on time-looking quite glamorous-just as I knew it would be. So many of my guests complemented me on the wedding cake. Anyone can make a cake that looks good, but Confections in Cake made "the best wedding cake I have ever tasted!"

    Erika is the best! Her cakes and cupcakes are awesome and taste amazing! I have used Confections in Cake on several occasions, not just on my wedding day. She is very professional and listens to what you are wanting and delivers exactly what you expect. You definitely won't be disappointed!!
