The cake and florals were the most important part of our wedding so I spent a long time tasting cakes and reviewing designs. Thea caught my eye on Instagram because her work is precise, clean and gorgeous! The flavor of her cakes are just as amazing as her designs. She allowed us to taste test as many as we wanted throughout the year of planning and was extremity pleasant and fun to work with. I will most defiantly use Bakermama for any future cake needs!

Thea with Bakermama made our amazing wedding cakes! We loved our snickerdoodle baseball cake with Champagne icing. Tastes fabulous! Our wedding cake itself had intricate beautiful design, floral and swirls of icing. It was layered with chocolate, vanilla cakes, and champagne icing. We received so many complements on design and taste. Thea was very sweet to me at her kitchen visit and her prices are super reasonable! Recommend to all!

Working with Thea was such a great experience from start to finish. She gave us a gorgeous (and extremely delicious) cake and she was so easy to communicate with the whole time. I’m so grateful for her continuous flexibility since we started planning with her in like 2019 - she accommodated 2 changes to our event date - and she just made everything so easy and stress-free. It’s also worth it to pay for delivery to the venue and rent a cake stand from her (we did both). Absolutely hire her for your wedding!

We used Bakermama for my daughter's wedding and we highly recommend. One of our guest said that he hadn't had that delicious of a wedding cake since he and his wife married 15 years ago. Thea was amazing to work with! As soon as I reached out to her she was very responsive and answered all questions I had to figure out how much cake I would need. We picked up a tasting box from her and immediately knew what our cake flavors would be! Don't get me wrong all the cake flavors and icings were delicious but her snickerdoodle cake with brown sugar icing was TO DIE FOR! My husband's favorite is red velvet so half and half it was! She decorated exactly how I wanted and she even showed me examples that she used as reference. Everyone complimented how beautiful the cake was and how great it tasted. Ladies and gentlemen, your search for a baker is over. Thea was in our top three most amazing vendors to work with. She truly helped guide our perfect wedding cake, giving us 2 different flavors and 3 different fillings...and it was AMAZING. Such a moist, luscious cake, and her recommendations were on point. I didn't even see any leftovers! I was planning from out of state, and never taste-tested anything, just went off of reviews, and you can trust these reviews. Her cakes are phenomenal, and I loved hearing some of her favorite flavor combinations. Now, onto the next reason to hire her. When she arrived, my flowers weren't delivered yet to decorate the cake. I felt bad and knew she had other deliveries, but she told me she could stick around for a bit longer and then literally asked me what I needed help with! This wonderful woman lovingly volunteered to help finish filling my bud vases and decorate the tables while I finished getting ready. I am still floored that she volunteered her time like that and was so sweet and supportive in the process. So if you want a great cake, PICK HER. If you also want a wonderful vendor who cares for her brides, PICK HER. Oh, and I'm still craving her cake 2 weeks later...

Bakermama was such a pleasure to work with! I went to her home in McKinney to pick up cake samples and she was kind, caring, and you could tell very passionate about what she does. I knew she was the one to do our cakes. It was hard to choose just one flavor - so we didn't! Our wedding cake was two different flavors, and Groom's cake another flavor. The wedding cake turned out absolutely stunning (4 tiers, textured buttercream) and the Groom's cake was a HIT! She was able to make a cake in the shape of a Ford Torino (I wasn't sure if it was possible!) with "Just Married" on the back and our last name on the license plate. It was absolutely amazing! I am so thankful that we found Bakermama to do our cakes! She made everything easy, was professional and responsive, and delivered beautiful, delicious cakes to our venue. What more could we ask for! I highly recommend Bakermama!

Thea was amazing right from the start!! Loved her adorable little sampler box. ❤️ We had a change of date and she was very accommodating. We even had a change of date cake made, which was so sweet. Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful, moist and delicious. We chose a Strawberry/Vanilla layered cake with the cream cheese based frosting between layers. Loved it!
