I literally gve this place NO stars! They went out of business, then lied to their customers, indicating they were closing, but our merchandise would be sent to us. Went it wasn't shipped, the owners voicemail was full- and no one was able to be contacted! Later it was on the news that they went bankrupt! So sad how many women were ripped off by this vendor!

I initially had excellent service from Bridal Panache when I found "the" wedding dress. I chose to buy it from this store as opposed to some of the more uppity bridal stores. I paid for the dress and then come to find out they went bankrupt, without receiving my dress. I find it very sad that the small mom & pop,attentive, good customer service establishments can't make it in the business world. Brides have to resort to the snob service stores to purchase their bridal gowns. I am mad that I was taken advantage of and sad that they went under at the same time.

I bought my my wedding dress from Bridal Panache in Plainfield, IL for one reason; the personalized attention I received the moment I walked through the door. I was treated like a princess and had their undivided attention. This was so very welcomed after first visiting some of the bigger "House of" shops, where I felt like I was rushed, never spending enough, and bothering them.
My dress was beautiful, arrived exactly when promised, and at a decent price. My alterations were perfect.
