One day I strolled into Lily bridal not knowing this would be the store I would find my dream wedding dress. Immediately I was greeted by Gigi who's personality was bright and bubbly. She was beyond kind, and extremely helpful. She made my wedding dress shopping experience unforgettable. Feeling discouraged after searching 10+ stores; dreading the next dress shop I was walking into, Gigi re-sparked that excitement for me! Her communication was awesome; she was upfront about pricing, thoroughly explained customizations, dress alterations, etc. The steamstress Sarah was very sweet, and beyond talented with her alterations. Lily bridal has by far the most beautiful selection of gowns. Not only wedding dresses, but fancy evening dresses as well. All in all, the whole Lily bridal staff went above and beyond for me, making me feel like the most beautiful bride. I almost never write reviews, but I can truthfully say everything was extremely professional, and the quality of service was outstanding. I had a wonderful experience here, and will forever recommend it to anyone looking for their dream gown!
