I truly can't say enough WONDERFUL things about Jessica and her entire staff at the Bridal Boutique of Naperville! I came to Jessica THREE WEEKS before my wedding because my original dress was not fitting properly and I needed a change of plans-fast. Her wonderful staff showed me several gowns that were available for immediate purchase and really nailed my style with their selections! As someone who went to many...many...sooooo many...dress shops, I can truly say that my experience here was the best one of them all. They were so patient with me, and I found the MOST amazing dress. Like a literal fairy godmother, Jessica fit that dress to within an inch of my life TWO WEEKS BEFORE MY WEDDING. What an angel. She even had me come back one more time just to make sure it was perfect, and of course, it was. OH WAIT, she also added buttons all the way down the back for an added design detail. Thank you Jessica for the most magical dress shopping experience, and not to mention saving the day! I love my dress so much and I've had several people tell me it looks like the dress was DESIGNED TO FIT MY BODY. That's how good she is!

Please please please make this the first stop of your dress shopping experience! It was a beautiful shop with wonderful women and I can't say enough great things about it! I wish I could wear it again!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They are very responsive and kept me informed of when appointments were upcoming, and when my dress was in etc. They have a Wonderful selection of beautiful gowns. I found one I loved and the alterations were done very well. The back of the gown was sheer with buttons in the middle and I asked if they could add lace appliqué. The seamstress replied that she could have the gown-maker to send extra lace that had been used on the rest of the dress. When it came in she called to tell me and I was able to look at it. There were different patterns in the lace in different areas of the dress so, they provided three pieces for me to choose from.
The seamstress did a beautiful job of applying the lace. I couldn’t have been happier with my dress, or with the service at this shop. Highly recommend!

Going to wedding design studio for my dress was the best decision I could have made! I had gone to one dress shop prior and had a terrible experience so I was nervous every dress shop would be that way but thankfully, I was wrong. As soon as I stepped into the shop I knew my dress shopping experience was going to be the best! Everyone is super friendly and the store and dresses are beautiful. The very first dress I tried on, I had that feeling every girl wants when trying on a wedding dress. I had my alterations done at wedding design studio as well and I can’t say enough great things about how great my whole experience was. Dress pricing and alterations pricing was very reasonable as well. Highly recommend shopping here for your perfect dress.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience while shopping for me wedding dress. Jessica Elleman is absolutely amazing. She helped me find the wedding dress of my dreams and altered it to fit me perfectly. Couldn't have asked for a more welcoming, friendly and amazing experience with an amazing selection of wedding dresses! I always recommended them to any of my friends or family getting married.

I went to a few other bridal dress shops before coming here and honestly this was by far my best experience. Not only was the girl helping me determined to find my dream dress but so were some of the other girls there who saw me walking in and out!!

I think almost every girl dreams of the perfect dress shopping experience, and mine was nothing short of that! I felt welcomed, not rushed, and praised. I was nervous going in as I am not a size 2 bride, that dresses wouldn’t look right on me or they wouldn’t fit, but my stylist assured me that there were plenty and that if it didn’t fit, then it just wouldn’t be meant to be. My sisters, mom and I all felt heard, as well as appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and I said yes to the dress!

The ladies at BBON are amazing! They made me feel super comfortable and not pressured whatsoever. I loved this place because they actually let you browse the racks yourself and take your time. Mostly everything is off-the-rack sales of old sample dresses so the prices are great. I got a Maggie Sottero dress from 2016 so I also know no one else would be wearing the same dress as me that season!! I went prior to them opening the new location, but from the pics I've seen, it is beautiful!! It was exactly the laid-back, fun experience I needed without the stress and pressure of the other super fancy bridal shops. My dress was absolutely perfect and I wish I could wear it all the time. Can't say enough about how lovely and encouraging the staff were. Please make this a stop on your dress-hunting list!

To preface this, I haven't bought a dress yet, but I had to come share my experience with BBON. My visit to the boutique was my very first wedding dress shopping experience and they made it so wonderful. The employees were kind and incredibly helpful. I was nervous going in because I didn't know what to expect, but they guided me, helped pull dresses once they picked up on my preferred style, and most importantly, did not pressure me at all. This was so important to me. Not only did they do a wonderful job, but the woman helping me let my appointment go longer than the typical 75 minutes since I was her last appointment of the day! I honestly had no idea what time it was because I was so caught up trying on the gorgeous dresses. BBON really gave me a personalized and fantastic experience and I'm so appreciative of that! Thank you, BBON!

First off, the staff is as friendly and wonderful as you could ever hope for. They were all amazing, and you could tell that they really cared about what they were doing.
My original plan was to get my mom's wedding dress altered. I decided against that because it would have just been a lot of altering, but I wanted to use a part of it still.
Kellie found a dress that fit everything I wanted like she plucked it from my brain. It was just missing straps and lace. As soon as I talked to the store owner, Jessica, she couldn't stop telling me how excited she was to do the alterations on my dress! And because she was taking from my mom's dress, Jessica would show me exactly what she wanted to cut from it and ask before she did anything. My mom's dress is still in great condition.
Jessica was also able to remove the headpiece from my mom's veil and turned it into a very simple veil for me to wear.
I could not recommend this place enough. I got the perfect dress, exactly what I wanted or even better, and it was exactly what I wanted to spend even with alterations (which were not expensive at all).
Oh, and not to mention the great last minute alterations for my flower girl's dress, that she did just by me bringing in the dress pre-pinned and did it without ever actually seeing my flower girl. And she altered my mom's new dress.

Kellie helped me find my dream dress and Jessica did amazing alterations. My dressed fit perfectly and I had so many compliments.
