After looking at several other bridal stores with no luck my mother in law suggested going to a trunk show that Volle’s was having. We got to meet Randy Fenoli at our appointment and he also checked in while I tried on different dresses which was an awesome experience. I worked with Gianna for my appointment and she was amazing! After trying on just a few dresses I found the one and got to say yes to the dress with Randy and my family which was such a fun experience. I also went to Volle’s for my alterations which was a great experience. I worked with Letty who is an extremely talented seamstress. She was able to make the alterations that I needed in just two visits which was great. I can’t say enough great things about Volle’s and would highly recommend to anyone looking for their dream dress.

Had a great experience finding my wedding dress at Volle’s! I worked with Kimberly, and she was very attentive and patient and really listened to what I liked/didn’t like. Even when I was pretty sure I found my dress, she kept trying to beat it and kept bringing more dresses for me to try, which helped me realize that I had already found the dress! I didn’t even feel pressured to buy the dress that day and took a few days to think about it. Once I was ready, she even made it easy to place the order over the phone and confirm the details via email — and even when I kept calling back with more questions, she was so kind and willing to answer all my questions thoroughly.

I bought a Martiana Liana dress from Volle's back in September 2020. I would most definitely recommend Volle's for a dress shopping appointment and for alterations. This was the first and only dress shopping experience that I had. First of all, Volle's was very accommodating for allowing me to try on dresses downstairs in the mother of the bride area instead of upstairs, so my grandma didn't have to walk up and downstairs. My bridal consultant (whose name I cannot remember from two years ago) was very helpful in picking out my dress. They also helped me in purchasing the dress for a discount as they were having a Martina Liana trunk show that upcoming weekend. Due to not having my wedding until October 2022, they stored my dress for a year and a half until my wedding. For alternations, we worked with Teresa. She was so kind and personable in helping my dress fit like an absolute glove. During my last appointment, I couldn't help but dance around at how good my dress fit, that she turned the music up in the room! I had such a great experience with Volle's and highly recommend them.

I am the mother of the groom and I had Kimberly help me. I wasn’t sure of what I wanted but with Kimberly’s knowledge and expertise I found the perfect gown , it is simple and elegant, exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Kimberly who was very pleasant to work with.

I said YES to my dress at Volles!!! After trying two other bridal boutiques in area, I was starting to get frustrated that I wouldn’t find my perfect dress. I absolutely loved that Kimberly wanted to know how my fiancé proposed, what my ring looked like, who my guests were and details about our special day. She was such a great help and she was so sweet. She knew so much about wedding dresses and how to safely transport my dress to Sedona as well. I definitely recommend you try shopping for your wedding dress here and make sure you ask for Kimberly!

Every associate at Volle's was a pleasure to work with! Kimberly asked all the right questions to quickly narrow down the right dress style for me. The little extras, like suggesting accessories, taking photos and videos (my family couldn't attend the appointment) places their service far above the other salons I visited. The salon itself is charming, warm and inviting - it's well worth the drive if you're not local to the NW burbs!

My experience with Volle's keeps getting better! I found the perfect dress with Gianna as my stylist- she was patient and picked out beautiful dresses to try on! And when my dress came in Irene helped me out and was fantastic- she was extremely informative and helpful with the next steps for alterations and was able to find and order the veil of my dreams to go perfectly with my dress! Would highly recommend them for their dress selection and AMAZING staff :)
