The very first dress Dona put me in was my dress! Dona looked at me and said "I have a dress for you to try on, it looks like you." She was right :) Julianna was amazing when it came to alterations - my dress fit perfectly!

This place was an absolute nightmare in every aspect of dealing with them! I purchased my dress from them in October 2010.. The sales lady, Elianor, was VERY LESS THAN friendly. She was VERY pushy & very rude. But I still purchased anyway because it was the dress that I loved... THEN when my dress arrived, my headpiece was missing because Elianor had failed to order it....

When coming back here in February to look at Bridesmaid dresses, once again Elianor was very rude to my bridesmaids & I. She made a comment about "how cheap of a dress do you want?! One for $89!?!?" because I had said the prices were very high. At this point, I was fed up and we left and went to David's Bridal. The service at David's Bridal was great & we found perfect bridesmaid dresses for $120.

I had emailed the person on here who says if you are ever less than satisfied with your experience to let him know.. I got a response saying he would personally talk to Elianor & he was VERY apologetic and nice to me. But I felt like nothing was resolved....

When I started going for my dress fittings, even the lady doing those was beyond rude. After the 3rd dress fitting I left the store in tears....

Just not the experience that I hope for other brides to have!!! Be very careful of Bianca's Bridal. They may not all be as rude as the people I encountered...I sure hope not for the sake of all the future bride's to step into their store!!

I found my dream dress at Bianca's! My bridal consultant Donna was so sweet that we decided to order the flower girl's dress through Bianca's too. This is where we ran into some problems. She called me to let me know that she had to put the flower girl dress on rush delivery (which we later found out was an extra $20), after she had assured us numerous times that ordering the flower girl dress 2 1/2 months before the wedding left more than enough time. And the "rush" delivery took 2 months! When I went in for my second fitting (for which I was told my dress would be completely finished & ready for me to take home), there were still pins in it from where the cups were going to be sewn & the dress wasn't pressed. So we had to drive all the way back a third time (we live 45 minutes away, so this was an incovenience) to finally pick up the dress, & I was told that I wouldn't be able to try my dress on since it was freshly pressed. In the middle of me telling the girl that I needed to try it on to make sure everything was good to go, another associate named Matt took the dress & took me to a fitting room, telling the girl "She bought it, so she can do what she wants with it." (He took the words right out of my mouth!) The whole alterations experience was also frustrating because they had to take in the dress to make it over one size smaller. I had been assured that even though the sample size 10 had been too big on me, a size 10 would fit me since the sample dresses are looser than normal because they're tried on so many times. And wouldn't you know it; the dress was still too big at my first fitting! Over $260 later & at my 3rd fitting, the dress fit like a dream & I felt amazing in it. My husband absolutely loved my dress too! So much so that he got angry when someone suggested I have a "trash the dress" photoshoot & even hung it up in our living room when we returned from our wedding. So in the end, I got the dress of my dreams. I just wish the whole process could have been as amazing as the end result.

We got my moms dress at Bianca's and we have a great experience! They were able to direct my mom to what she was looking for and even helped us in picking out the color! When we went to pick up the dress there was about 20 minutes where they couldn't find the order/dress, but it all worked out.

Great service and staff. Loved my dress and the entire experience. The salon was just remodeled and it looks much better. Would definitely recommend this bridal salon.

I purchased my dress and my girls' dresses at David's Bridal. But after my gown and one bridesmaid's got fitted we realized that David's was MUCH more expensive for alterations than Bianca's. We took the rest of the dresses to Bianca's (11 dresses total) and they did a fantastic job with alterations. I had one Bridesmaid who couldn't get fitted until 3 days before the wedding - it was no problem! One Bridesmaid was 9 months pregnant for the wedding - she looked beautiful! One Bridesmaid had a baby 2 weeks before the wedding -her dress was great too! I highly recommend Bianca's for alterations!

Although I loved my dress. I was not crazy about the customer service! I found them to be rude and unprofessional. For my friends that are getting married in the up coming months...I told them NOT to use them unless they have no other alternate vendor.
When I went to pick up my dress they didnt know what was going on no one could find my dress and then one of the gals tried giving me another girls dress. She insisted it was mine after I told her several times that it was not my dress she has the nerve to ask me if "I even remembered what my dress looked like". Then my tiara was supposed to be on hold and they sold it to someone else and they said they didnt write down the tiara number so I could order another one that was the same. Needless to say...I wasnt too trilled but not everything is going to be perfect when it comes to your wedding!

Gorgeous dress and great customer service! So many people expressed they haven't seen a more beautiful dress! I love it!! I wish I can wear it over and over again!

great place. there was a wide selection of dresses and tuxedo's to choose from. i also recommended my sister to come and purchase her dress here. they also have rental services.
