DO NOT GO HERE. When I first walked in the lady seemed nice and helpful, I ordered my dress when I wasn't sure if i really wanted that dress and I called the owner the next day to tell her I wasn't sure about it. Then three months later I knew that wasn't the dress I wanted, I asked her if we could cancel the order and she said no, I said why not? and she said "because that's your dress" she got ready to start screaming at me. I told her to calm down, that I was willing to still do business with her and that I would buy my bridesmaids dresses and my tuxedo's there, that I just wanted to work things out with her. She told me she was loosing one gown sale by cancelling mine, and I told her, that's why I am still doing business with you so I can compensate for that and she said "oh I don't care about that" so I asked her for the phone number for the company who made the dress I ordered so I could speak to them about a re-stocking fee or whatever they charged for ordering the dress and she said "you can get that your self of the internet. Then I asked that since the gown was a popular gown that she could still sell it and get her money, and she acted as if the gown was mine saying she would help me sell it in her store but that I needed to pay for the rest before she could try to sell it? that's not reasonable at all, why would all pay for it all before it even gets sold to someone else? ridiculus! She also said "you don't understand, I'm doing you a favor" really? by making me pay for it all and giving me no credit at all? sure! instead of cancelling the dress order since it wasn't even at her store, she offered to bring it in sooner. ahahah right. Needles to say, I got robbed, I got nothing back and couldn't work anything out that was reasonable with her. Don't go here because if something does arise you don't wanna be stock with an extra wedding expense and put up with someone with no customer service skills. This lady Tammy is money hungry and gave me 0 options and $0 money back, go to MIRA BRIDAL COUTURE IN MODESTO, they got better customer service, better quality dresses, and many of them are on sale for incredible less money. I got a Lazaro dress there that was originally $4,100 for $999. They have alot of dressses in the $1,000 dollar range. or GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT NOT TO BLISS BRIDAL where these ladies rip you off. oh and their bridesmaid dresses are way more expensive than anywhere else!
