Jennifer & Dave

September 23

Seattle, Washington

From the Photographer: “This couple wanted to give their guests a very “Seattle” wedding, since most of them were from out of town. The couple met in Arizona and work moved them to Seattle and they fell in love with the city. They held the wedding and reception on a Argosy Cruise Ship and gave their guests the most amazing view, the Seattle skyline on a warm fall night! They also included a nautical theme with their dessert centerpieces and decor. They danced the night away until we pulled back into port! What a great night!” ~Kaylee Eylander Photography

Vibrant Summer Wedding at Cave B Estate and Winery

Hadley  and Dale

September 24

Quincy, Washington

Hadley and Dale were married this fall at one of Washington’s most exquisite wineries, Cave B Estate and Winery in the Colombia River Valley of Quincy, Washington. With hints of summer still lingering in the cool Washington air, the couple settled on a bright color palette of reds, turquoise and lime greens, to hang onto the last bits of summer and so they could remember that exact feel of the air, forever. When using the stunning Washington mountains as décor, little else is needed, however the outdoorsy couple wanted to bring every element of their beloved state to the inside reception as well, and used succulents and mosses as centerpieces, and created a custom wedding cake with a woodsy feel, donned with a birdsnest, complete with a pair of lovebirds. The bridesmaids wore floor length red flowy dresses, accented with hints of turquoise and paired next to elegantly colorful groomsmen. No ceremony at a vineyard is complete without a salut to the winery, and Dale and Hadley’s wedding was just that, with a toast of Cave B’s very own before their first kiss as a married couple The guests then celebrated into the night under the crisp Washington sky, feeling like summer and this special night would never end. – Clane, Clane Gessel Photography

Lisa & Chris

October 22

Underwood, WA

About the Wedding: This wedding was beautiful! It had a bit of a Buddhist flare to it with their circular ceremony site and incense burning everywhere. It was also a Fall day here in Oregon/Washington so they incorporated dried maple leaves and orange hues into their decor and floral bouquets.

The couple’s names are Lisa and Chris and they are sweethearts. They lost both sets of parents when they both were very young, so this quaint wedding of theirs was very emotional and meaningful. They acknowledged the presence of their now-gone parents and tried to include them even if not in person. I hardly even cry at weddings, as a photographer, but I can tell you right now that I did at this one! – Alice (& Josh), MoscaPhoto

Jessie & Peter

September 2011

Bassetti’s Crooked Arbor Gardens – Woodinville, WA

From the Photographer: “I don’t even know where to begin in describing how beautiful this wedding was! This was pretty much the ideal wedding for me to photograph.  It took place at Bassetti’s Crooked Arbor Gardens near Cottage Lake, in Woodinville.  This was the type of place where everywhere you look there are amazing flowers, unique art, rustic barns, and perfect spots for photos!  Jessie & Peter, and their family & friends put so much care and effort into all the details and planning of the day. The main thing that made this wedding so special for me to photograph was because of who the people are. I met Jessie eight years ago, and we quickly became great friends.  She is hilarious, super creative and truly a beautiful person on the inside and out.  She is so lucky to have found Peter because he is one of the most caring people I have ever met and their personalities fit so well together!  I am so excited for them, their future is so bright”- Hannah Marie Photography
