With so many delicious fruits in peak season during the summer months, there are plenty of great beverage options for summer weddings. Beat the heat with any of these refreshing summertime drinks!

Sangria – wine infused with fruit, spices, sweetener and soda packs a flavorful punch.

Lemonade – it wouldn’t be summer without the season’s fresh-squeezed signature drink!

Berry Fizz – pour bubbly or sparkling water over muddled summer berries for a sweet, sparkling sip.

Peach Iced Tea – fresh summer peaches add a flavorful twist to this warm weather pick-me-up.

Mojito – swirling sprigs of cool mint make this Cuban cocktail a summertime favorite.

Sea Breeze – this cranberry-grapefruit concoction is as refreshing as the ocean air!

Real Rustic Ranch Wedding: Kelly + Julian

Kelly + Julian

Santa Margarita Ranch – Paso Robles, CA

July 2010

Okay first, I apologize that this post is really long, but when you get down to the end, you’ll know why (and probably decide to scroll through it again). When I received this wedding to feature, I honestly couldn’t decide which photos to use! There were so many amazing photos! And the one thing that stuck out for me was how photogenic Kelly and Julian are…in every photo. In terms of details, minus a few things here and there, all of them were done by the bride. I love the use of seasonal/wild flowers in both the centerpieces and bouquets. Her dress is beyond to-die-for, it was actually her mother’s dress from the 1970’s, and she got it hemmed into a shorter, vintage dress. The entire style  is exactly what a rustic wedding should look like. Needless to say, here’s  their beautiful day, thanks to Austin & Dara Photography. Enjoy!
