What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
lil' Miss Cupcake uses only high quality and organic ingredients such as, madagascar bourbon vanilla, real butter, cake flour, fresh organic brown eggs, organic milk, etc. I feel it's important to use organic ingredients as much as possible and I am always experimenting with better ingredients for my cupcakes!
 
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
I prepare the cupcakes the same day as the event.
 
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
Currently, I only take one wedding a day, up to three in a weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
 
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
Absolutely!
