Don't hesitate, just book! Erin does amazing work. My wedding planner recommended her to us, so I checked out her website and Wedding Wire page and loved her work. But beauty is only skin deep. I've had experiences of eating a pretty cake and it bring terrible. Erin's cakes are the opposite of that! Not only are her cakes visually stunning but they taste amazing! Our cake was fresh, moist, and full of flavor. She came up with a fabulous design for our cake I would have never thought of, and it was more beautiful than I imagined. Highly recommend! Don't be afraid of the cost, you definitely get what you pay for so you won't regret it. My only regret is not ordering an anniversary cake on our one year.

Paige helped us choose our wedding cake and we enjoyed our tasting immensely! So many different flavors to choose from! It was relatively simple and easy to figure it all out in one visit. Paige also did our truffles for our dessert table. Everything was delicious and tasty! All our guests loved our wedding cake and cute dessert table. 10/10!

What can we say about Bella e Dolce but WOW. The cake and the desert table was beautiful. The ability to design and make a cake so close to what our daughter had pictured was incredible. All the small deserts each more delicious than the next. All our guest were in ahh over the cake and the deserts. Special thank you for helping out daughter to have the wedding of her dreams.

We loved our entire experience with Bella e Dolce. In particular, it was super convenient for us living in SE Michigan to do our tasting at their SE Michigan location, which they then passed off to their Northern Michigan location to deliver to our wedding. What a delicious and BEAUTIFUL cake and spread of desserts. They executed perfectly on everything we requested and everything tasting amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a seamless and professional experience!

We had such a great experience with Bella e Dolce, from start to finish. We first met Paige at a wedding show on Mackinac Island, and fell in love with her cakes. Then we attended a tasting at her home, and had so much fun designing our wedding cake- from the cake, to the filling, to the decorations, and even the cake stand! When our wedding day finally came, the cake arrived exactly as expected. It was beautiful, absolutely delicious, and we got a TON of compliments on it. First, I want to thank Kim and Paige for making my wedding cake dreams come true! The cake they created really was a work of art. Not only did it look amazing, everyone commented on how it was the best cake they have ever had! I found Bella e Dolce when I attended a wedding show on Mackinac Island. The cakes they had on display were like nothing I had ever seen (we're talking the stuff you see in wedding magazines) and when we tasted the samples, I was sold! Since I lived in Lansing and was planning a Mackinac Island wedding, most of the communication was through e-mail. However, we did get a chance to attend a tasting and it was a wonderful experience. We were able to sit down and really discuss designs, flavors, etc. When your husband can't stop talking about the salted caramel buttercream frosting, you know you’ve made the right choice! He even wants to get another small cake for our anniversary! If you have a chance to work with Bella e Dolce, take it!!!

We were so thrilled to find Bella e Dolce in Northern Michigan while planning our wedding for October this year at Castle Farms in Charlevoix! After being drawn in by their incredible flavor options, and photos of their work, we were definitely interested in using them for our wedding cake bakers. Owner Kim sent email updates to interested clients throughout the winter and spring so we could easily set up a tasting on-site. We were in love the second we stepped into Kim's at home bake shop in Cheboygan, it was stocked with tier upon tier of cake varieties and endless bowls of frostings and fillings. Through our tasting we were able to mix and match options and decided on 4 smaller cakes for our wedding. Her cakes are incredibly rich, flavorfull, and decadent. We were so impressed that she used a mix of her garden harvested herbs & honey from her husband's beekeeping hobby for her honey lavendar cake. Her style books make it easy to select the way you want your cake/s to look and her pricing package is easy and seamless as it includes cakes, delivery, and stands. Our guests loved choosing from a variety of chocolate ganache, vanilla with salted caramel, honey lavendar, and red velvet with cream cheese frosting cake. While we didn't get to try any cake at our wedding (make sure you TRY to do this!) we savored our top layer when we got home from our wedding...there was no way we were saving it for our first anniversary. Highly recommend Bella e Dolce for incredible & unique flavor variety, quality of product, and excellent customer service!

You won't be disappointed with Bella e Dolce. They did our wedding and were nothing but professional with amazingly delicious cake! No joke! It was so good! Some guests remember beautiful cakes, all remember delicious cakes, and Bella e Dolce delivered on both of these!

Absolutely yummy! The cupcakes Bella e Dolce made for our wedding were delicious (and beautiful)! A couple of our guests in attendance are involved with weddings professionally and agreed that our cupcakes were the best they had ever tasted. Our cake was amazing too and looked just how I had envisioned my wedding cake in my head. We can't wait to get the top tier out of our freezer on our first anniversary to enjoy the cake again! Professional and accommodating while located in a relaxed and comfortable setting, planning our cake was an enjoyable experience. Bella e Dolce was attentive to details and made suggestions about what might look right while fully taking into account my own vision and stylistic input. The cake tasting was absolutely incredible and a great opportunity to taste any and all combinations of cake, frosting and ganache to find just the perfect flavors.
