Additional Questions and Answers
How do I get a custom invite?

Your first step is to email custom@joceybellainvites.com and let us know that you where interested in having a custom package designed. We will then call you and go over all the super ideas you have!

How much does having a custom invite cost?
All of our custom invite packages start at $1200 and do not include printing or envelopes. The cost varies after that depending on printing style, envelope choices and how many pieces you would like printed. On approving the quote and submitting a 50% deposit and your invitation wording, the design process begins.

How do I choose a design ?
You will receive 4 unique design choices depending on your theme. You then provide feedback and changes are made. We will do 3 rounds of revisions and each revision there after is $35!

Do you do letterpress ?
We most certainly do letterpress! If you choose letterpress the plates will be made and sent to our vintage presses! Your invitations are hand printed with love.

Will you address and assemble the invites ?
Not a problem! We will address and assemble your invites for an additional charge. We will also go out have them weighed and purchase the correct postage for them. Then send them out on your desired date.

Do you do press checks or provide hard copies?
If you choose to have letter press we can arrange a press check so you can see your invites once they go to press. We will for sure send you a hard copy proof, but please remember these are scaled down and printed on high quality inkjet printers which is totally different than the ink used on the letterpress or on our main printers. So we cannot guarantee color accuracy. Each hard copy proof is $35 plus the cost of shipping.

Tips and Advice
Invitation etiquette

At Joceybella Invites your wedding invitations are custom-designed especially for you, will convey to your friends and family the tone of your special event whether it is formal, intimate, a beachy wedding or a whimsical event. One of the most important points of wedding invitation etiquette, however, is that your invitations communicate the details about the day's proceedings. From times, locations, attire, activities, directions or anything else that may or may not be involved in your special day.

Things to take into consideration
If all your guests are to be invited to both the ceremony and the reception, a combined invitation may be sent without separate enclosure cards. Order one invitation for each married or cohabiting couple that you plan to invite. The officiant and his/her spouse as well as your attendants should receive an invitation. You should also make sure to include every couple, single guests, parents, and the person performing the ceremony.Order approximately 20% more stationery than your actual count. Allow a minimum of two weeks to address and mail the invitations, longer if using a calligrapher or if your guest list is very large. You may also want to consider ordering invitations to the rehearsal dinner, as these should be in the same style as the wedding invitation.

Make sure you take into count
If you're not sure about whether or not a child of an invited couple should receive his or her own invitation, a good rule of thumb is that any young guest over 16 years old should receive his or her own invitation. Be clear about whether or not your guests can bring guests of their own, or you might be faced with the awkward situation of having them ask you. Do not forget to have back-up lists ready. Some guests may decline, and it's a good idea to have a second list ready to fill those empty spots as they become available.

How many invitations should I order?
Allow for errors, and expect that you will think of someone you had left out initially. Ordering an extra 20% more invitations will cover for those possible unforeseen errors. In addition, try to account for mistakes by you, your bridal party or the calligrapher who will be addressing the invitations by ordering several extra envelopes.
