Nicole Sent on 08/04/2018Carmen and her mom were so easy to work with and did the most amazinggggg job! They took my 6 sizes too big wedding dress and made it fit me perfectly for my wedding day! They really listen to exactly what you want! and make the experience so stress free, I kept losing weight right before my wedding and they had no problem taking my dress in multiple times just to make sure it fit me perfectly on my big day!

Great and Flexible Experience
Carmen was great, amazing and flexible! She was really compromised on meeting my needs and be there for all the times we changed the wedding. She always had a smile and provided a great quality service. I love my dress and she has a really vast selection. She was more than what I expected! -

Wedding Dress Super Hero
I contacted Carmen’s Bridal Gown Rentals 14 days before My Big Day
I had purchased a dress from an online vendor and the dress I received was nothing like the photos
I walked the streets of New York City trying on over 20 dresses still no dress
I met with Carmen on 12/11 11 days from my big day she asked my vision she immediately pulled out my dream dress, she was so attentive to my needs.

I highly recommend this company!! This is a family business and they are truest amazing people with an amazing gift!! She has something for every size shape anything you throw at them they have something beautiful for you!! We not only got 1 dress we left with 2 dresses!!! I’m so over the moon satisfied that it’s bitter sweet knowing that it’s all over lol but for my next formal event (I got married this time) event!! I will definitely go back -

I was so happy I found Carmen. I met her this past May when I realized that my original wedding dress wasn’t going to fit me. Within the last year I had two hip surgeries and gained 25lbs. Well Carmen was able to help me put. She had so many designer dresses to pick from. I fell in love with the second one I tried on. It absolutely was not what I thought I wanted but when I put it on I knew it was the one. I loved it so much more then my original dress. Alterations are included in the price to rent the dress and so was the veil. Carmen made the entire process simple and easy. She was also flexible when I had to change appointments. My now husband loved how I looked in the dress. I’m so glad I went with Carmen’s and im sure you won’t be disappointed if you did too! -

Carmen is amazing! I sold immediately when I found out I could rent my wedding dress. I never thought it was possible. Went in with a budget and spent under that for alterations, vail, and tiara! -

🌺From my VERY first phone call, Carmen’s exuberant personality was so warm and inviting, I couldn’t wait to meet her. From my very first meeting she made me feel confident and comfortable. She sized me up and found the perfect gown. Carmen Sr. was always kind and patient and honored any alterations that I needed to make that beautiful gown feel as though it was made only for me. This is my 3rd marriage at the age of 61 and my first bridal gown ever! They say “third times a charm” and this encounter is what I finally deserved. The experience was truly a blessing and so is my wonderful husband Roberto💞 Thank you Carmen and Carmen Sr. for making me feel like a Queen.
Side note: In the hotel lobby, on my way to the chapel, this kid ran up to me, eyes and yelled 🗣”ARE YOU A REAL LIVE PRINCESS? 😳 I paused and said to him “Yes, just for the day”🥰…at that point, I was eager to see my King.✨ -

Kathryn Sent on 10/26/2015Carmen is the best! I lost 40lbs from the time I bought my dress to when I needed it altered. Carmen took my dress from a 14 down to a 6! It took 7 fittings, but the dress fit perfectly when she was done with it. She is so reasonable with pricing and flexibility for appointments. Not to mention she is one of the sweetest people ever. I highly recommend her! -

Carmen and Mama Carmen are absolutely Heaven sent. I found them on Facebook and what a blessing it was to have two individuals who make dreams come true. If you are looking for a dress and want to look like a Princess on your special day, please give the two Carmen’s a call. The mother/daughter team at Carmen's is absolutely amazing!!! Due to Covid, my fiance and I eloped on our second original date in November 2020, and then had our large celebration in June 2021. Carmen and her mom worked first to restore my great-grandmother's dress from 1931 so I could wear it for my elopement. They then altered and made my dream Oleg Cassini gown fit like I dream- I got so many compliments that the dress was one of the most beautiful people had ever seen! The most special part was the blue pocket of my grandfather's that was stitched into the lining of my gown so I could dance with him on my wedding day! The pair is professional, flexible, and amazing at what they do. I had many appointments over the course of almost 2 years, and they were amazing at every single one! I would highly recommend their alteration services to anyone! -
