As a wedding DJ I can say this is a lovely venue and charming house. The food is great and you can do a lot with the reception room. I recommend uplights for the white drapery and there is a spot for a monogram. The staff is friendly and everything is done on site Darius https://www.grooveonhydestreet.com/

Max Dales was fabulous! I could not be more pleased. My husband and I got married in Bellingham and looked at several vendors before choosing Max Dales. Paul was incredibly accommodating and the food and presentation was amazing.

We absolutely loved having our wedding at Christianson's Nursery. Not only is the location beautiful and charming, the staff are all top notch. All throughout the planning process, Emma (Event Coordinator) was extremely responsive and incredibly helpful, answering any and all questions we had. When our wedding day rolled around, the local weather ended up not panning out as forecasted. We ended up with a beautifully damp PNW ceremony (it rained the entire time, which we ended up loving), but that inevitably required many last-minute changes for our reception. This could have been stressful, but Emma and the other staff at Christianson's navigated those challenges in the rain, with grace and a smile! Emma's calm, positive attitude, and her ability to work effectively with our day of coordinator made all the difference for us and our guests. We are so grateful for all their hard work and were so impressed by how smoothly everything went, considering all the rain challenges, and how wonderfully they helped manage the day.

The Saltbox Barn was the absolute PERFECT venue! They have an amazing view of NW Washington, and the barn is the best space for a reception! Brock and Katie were amazing the entire planning experience. They promptly answered emails, and were so flexible the whole time! We honestly could not have imagined a better place for our wedding!

We seriously could not have picked a better venue for our wedding. Maplehurst Farm was absolutely beautiful, easy to work with, and honestly made a lot of the wedding planning way less stressful than it could have been. Jessie was AMAZING. She was super communicative, helpful, informative, and professional throughout the whole process. We didn’t need a ton of special accommodations, but she always made sure we knew what we could be flexible with and what our options were. There were never any “wait, are we allowed to do this?” moments because she was always so clear about everything. The value for what you get is also AMAZING. Our total was around $5,800 including the $500 deposit for the entire day on a Monday, and there were SO many things included that we didn’t have to think about, rent, or spend extra money on. Maplehurst has so many accommodations and decor pieces available for couples to use, and it genuinely saved us from having to figure out a million little things ourselves. When you’re planning a wedding, having those things already there is HUGE. And the venue itself? Simple but BEAUTIFUL. It has so much character that we didn’t feel like we had to completely transform it to make it look good. We could add our own style without fighting against the space. Overall, Maplehurst Farm made our wedding day feel easy, beautiful, and actually enjoyable to plan. Jessie was incredible, the venue was gorgeous, and we genuinely couldn’t be happier with our choice. 10/10 would get married here again.
