Port Gamble is a privately owned 120 acre National Historic Landmak on the shores of Hood Canal. A vibrant town with charming turn-of-the-century buildings, a picturesque historic church and New England style homes on maple tree-lined streets, the serene and wooded surroundings and stunning waterfront view offer a unique opportunity for the perfect wedding and reception.
St. Paul's church was built in 1879 and modeled after a church in East Machias, Maine. St. Paul's Church offers beautiful indoor ceremonies as well as indoor/outdoor patio receptions for up to 150 guests. A newly remodeled reception area spills out onto a tented terrace overlooking Gamble Bay.
The Hood Canal Vista Pavilion and adjacent tented outdoor Pavilion provide a wonderful indoor/outdoor wedding event, perfect for unpredictable Northwest weather. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the views of Hood Canal are spectacular. The Hood Canal Vista Pavilion features a stunning rock fireplace, french doors and huge windows to take advantage of the water and sloping lawn views, accommodating 150 guests. The outdoor tented terrace accomodates receptions up to 180 guests. Tables and chairs are provided, set up and broken down by our staff.

Port Gamble Weddings was the perfect place for us to host our wedding. Throughout the entire process, the entire team at this venue was very responsive and went out of their way to make sure our event was a success. During our wedding weekend, they were readily available to help us with last minute changes. Even with a large Christmas event going on at the same time as our wedding, we experienced no issues. I would recommend them to everyone looking to get married in this area. It would be hard to beat the value they offer to couples.Port Gamble Weddings's reply:

My husband and I found Port Gamble on a roadtrip on day. It is a beautiful little town very similar to a hallmark movie. The price was reasonable, the team was extremely helpful and flexible, and everything went as smoothly as possible. Eric was in contact with us since the day we saw the venue and was there during our rehearsal, working with all of our other vendors and helping guide us. The venue has a preferred vendor list which we found extremely helpful. I highly, highly suggest this venue and the people associated.Port Gamble Weddings's reply:

Eric has been a fixture at Port Gamble Weddings & Events for the last nine years. Eric started as a Venue Coordinator and has recently taken over as Venue Supervisor. Eric is kind, patient and enjoys working closely with our clients for their special day.
Kristen comes to Port Gambe Weddings and Events with a Catering background as a lead; working with one of our former preferred caterers for over five years. Kristen started with us in July 2021, during the height of our summer season, working closely with our happy couples for their special day.
Amber has over a decade of Wedding Experience and came to work with Port Gamble Weddings and Events in August of 2021. Amber has worked closely with PGWE over the last 11 years through her own business, and we know that Amber will give each of our clients the care and attention they deserve.
