Mmm-mmm! So good! I love, love, love to work with Betsy and her amazing team at Le Garmache Catering. In a heartbeat, I'll rave about their customer service, attention to detail, flexiblility, awesome personalities and exceptional food. When it comes to adding professionalism together with graciousness, Le Garmache has the perfect mix. It is so terrific to find a caterer that can be worked with, without a worry in the world. I adore these ladies and their crew. Also, as a Planner, I'd love to address the few timing concerns that have been mentioned in Le Garmache's client reviews. These are the sorts of things that happen when a bride doesn't hire a professional planner, for the day of her wedding, as is recommended by most every caterer. The lack of a planner, as the constant, reliable contact on site, often leads to family and friends miscommunicating needs for services, on the day of the wedding, in an attempt to let the bride and groom "just relax". Vendors end up getting mixed messages, from mulitiple people, so that timelines go amok.
