Carter's Chocolates is an EXCELLENT service for Weddings & many other types of events. I HIGHLY recommend them. This is definitely a company you want to be at your event. Their management team is always putting their customers as their #1 priority, and they provide the best service in the area. In addition, Matt is a creative, hard-working & wonderful guy that always goes "the extra mile" and we love working with him.
