The Grand Willow Inn is an elegant wedding venue located in Mount Vernon, Washington. This romantic bed and breakfast offers both indoor and outdoor settings for your big day. They love what they do, and have hosted over 500 ceremonies and receptions throughout their years in operation. The Grand Willow Inn prides themselves on their inclusive wedding packages, delicious cuisine, and picturesque location.
Facilities and Capacity
Couples can accommodate up to 200 guests at this historic venue. If you prefer an outdoor ceremony, you can exchange your vows in their Front Courtyard. This beautiful environment features a stone pathway that takes your guests through vine covered arbors to the 14-foot Victorian Gazebo. A grand willow tree, white birches, cherry trees, ferns, and hydrangeas will serve as your backdrop for unforgettable photos. The Grand Willow Inn also features a back courtyard that boasts a vine-covered, 10-foot pagoda and cafe lights. If you prefer an indoor ceremony, they offer their 1,500-square-foot Grand Room. This intimate space features 18-foot ceilings, gorgeous balconies, an abundance of natural light and six sets of double french doors that lead out to their outdoor courtyards. For your reception, you can dance the night away in The Carriage Room. This 2,000-square-foot room boasts wood floors, uplighting and white rosette panels that cascade from the ceiling to the floor, and are adorned with twinkle lights.

Accommodation
The Grand Willow Inn was once a dairy barn, built around 1920. Since 2004, it’s served as a bed and breakfast, offering five tastefully appointed suites for you and your guests to stay in. All rooms are on the third floor and feature private bathrooms and unique decor. Your loved ones will experience the sounds of guinea hens, roosters, goats and cows who live nearby.

Outstanding space that makes your photographers job a breeze.
The DJ was HILARIOUS. He was full of 1 liners and employed quite a few different tactics to entertain the guests and bridal party during the reception. I can not wait to go back and work this venue again.

I love shooting at The Grand Willow. The venue has several little spots that make for nice backdrops and the steps at the back of the building make for great family photos. The staff is super nice and truly want your event to be special. I'm looking forward to getting back over there again sometime soon!
I have shot several weddings at the Grand Willow over the years, and it has always been a very professional, lovely experience - both as a vendor at the weddings, as well as for the couples I am shooting. Everything you need is right there, and the grounds are varied and lovely, offering opportunities for beautiful images regardless of weather. The staff is always helpful and gracious.
