Even though our wedding was in Charlotte, my husband and I planned it from California. Ashley made the entire process feel manageable and even enjoyable. From the very beginning, she kept us organized, helped us think through the details we would’ve never considered and coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors. Ashley’s communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring. We always felt like we were in good hands, even when we couldn’t be there in person. On the day of the wedding, her behind-the-scenes work was an absolute must. She handled everything with such patience and efficiency that we were able to fully relax and enjoy the wedding. Thank you, Ashley and team, for the best wedding day we could’ve hoped for. You brought our vision to life and helped create memories we’ll cherish forever. We truly couldn’t have done it without you!

It was such a pleasure working with Bethany. She was engaged from the start, well organized and helped keep us on track. When it came to the weekend of our wedding, I didn't have to worry at all as we literally handed over the reigns. Everything went smoothly and we (and our guests) had so much fun! We couldn't have chosen a better planner than Brittney Lashea. From start to finish, she handled every detail with care and made sure our wedding day ran smoothly. Brittney stayed in touch with all our vendors to keep everyone on the same page about timing and what to expect, which gave us peace of mind leading up to the big day. She guided us through decisions we weren't sure about and caught things we would have missed on our own. Since a wedding is a huge investment, finding a planner who executes well from beginning to end really matters, and Brittney did exactly that. We felt supported and worry-free the entire time, and that's something we'll always be grateful for.

They made our walkthrough and rehearsal feel organized and seamless, which gave us so much confidence going into the weekend. On the wedding day, I felt like I could completely let go, they took care of everything and executed our vision to a T. Their calming presence, efficiency, and professionalism allowed us to be fully present and just soak it all in. I truly can’t say enough good things about them. Summer and the Firefly team really made our wedding the best day! I made unique/specific requests throughout the process, and Summer always rolled with my vision, providing opinions and navigating challenges with professionalism. The day of was truly perfect, I didn't lift a finger and the table settings, ceremony music, multiple locations/shuttles, and food all went off without a hitch. I HIGHLY recommend this team. She also counseled me through the potential for rain during an outdoor spring wedding, and while we were lucky not to have it, we were fully prepared for the possibility.

Rebeca is AMAZING!!!! She was so helpful throughout the wedding planning process! We wouldn't have been able to do it without her. She is detailed, efficient, and dedicated. She ensured that our wedding day was a stress-free day that WE got to enjoy!! Thank you so much for everything, Rebeca!!
