Festa

Our experience with Festa started in February of 2025, at the beta stages. Our wedding was April 2026. The owners worked with us to explain how Festa could help with communication and questions from guests. We did a few test events with them and then it was time for our wedding! We created our event details page and made it as detailed as possible. We used Festa to send out save the dates. Festa was able to send the save the date gif we made along with a text message to all of our guests that we entered phone numbers for. We had about 200 guests invited and roughly 150 phone numbers. 89 guests actually showed! As time went on, we were able to check out what questions our guests were asking Festa. We added more information as needed to the event details to provide clarification as needed. When RSVP’s were due, we were able to manually section out our guests based on RSVP if they didn’t respond to Festa saying they were coming. As days got closer to the wedding weekend, we sent reminders to only the guests that RSVP’d as Yes. Overall, it was such a fun experience working with the owners and Festa was such a wonderful tool to have. It really helped when it came to friends and in-laws asking what they should wear, where they should go, and timelines. Festa was even able to provide fabric suggestions based on the time of year! I have suggested Festa to many engaged friends just for the text reminders and the way that it was able to tell guests what to wear. It saved us a huge headache responding to so many texts. I’d you’re looking for something that is hands off and you can check in from time to time to make updates and send texts, Festa is for you! Plus, the owners are making more updates to broaden the scope of what Festa can do as AI grows! We can see wedding planners finding Festa super helpful when it comes to last minute changes.
