Precious is seriously the best! Our wedding was absolutely perfect & there is no way we could have pulled off such an amazing wedding without her. She is very knowledgeable and was always on top of everything. She’s there for you every step of the way and is the best support system to lean on throughout the whole process. Every request was granted with a smile & nothing was overlooked or fell through the cracks. We were able to enjoy a stress free wedding day all thanks to her. By the end of it, Precious was like family to us and we couldn’t thank her enough for helping make our day so special. She is a joy to work with and I recommend her to anyone and everyone!

We booked a Day of Coordinator and we are SO glad we did!! They were incredible from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and experienced in the industry. Their knowledge and assistance was crucial to the success of the day. The wedding ran so smoothly and we were able to actually enjoy the day! Can you imagine? It was so perfect!! Our day of coordinator facetimed periodically leading up to the wedding to ensure the planning process was going well and she ironed out the timeline and sent the it to the other vendors. We are beyond grateful for Janie and Leigh & Co! Thanks for making our wedding run perfectly!

We hired Bella Luna Event Planning to help us with our wedding coordination. Our wedding venue required a wedding coordinator and provided us a list of approved vendors. I had reached out to a few different coordinators but it was clear early on that Lisa Krishman of Bella Luna Event Planning was a clear winner. We were looking for a day of coordinator. I had most of my vendors booked & was looking for someone who would assist the day of the wedding & to my pleasant surprise, 'day of' services with Bella Luna actually start ~6wks prior to your wedding date! Lisa made an effort to get to know us as a couple & learn what our priorities and goals were for our wedding day. She quickly took over all vendor communication & made sure our contracts were followed. I will say I was an organized bride, but Lisa's help was essential and relieved a weight from my shoulders I wasn't aware I was carrying. She was so supportive, excellent with communication, and extremely helpful. She helped arrange a meeting with our caterer, venue, and florist about a month out from our wedding and it was fabulous. Sitting together and having all your vendors discussing the day of plans in one place was incredible and helped our vision truly come to life! Day of the wedding, things were amazing & we enjoyed every moment. If there was something that went wrong, we were completely unaware: either it didn't happen or it was never brought to our attention because Lisa had everything under control. We loved working with Lisa and our vendors did too! Choose Bella Luna Event Planning for your big day. I promise it's worth it.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Stephanie, a highly skilled wedding planner, who orchestrated not one, but three remarkable weddings for my children within a span of just 18 months. I highly recommend Affordable & Affluent Affairs for any special event that you are planning. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, CJ was always available to me for questions/concerns or just general bride freak-out moments. I truly do not think my wedding would have gone as smoothly as it did without her and her associates assistance. They were there the whole day making sure the vendors were where they needed to be and at the right time as well as making sure the bridal party was in the right place at the right time. Hiring Hedi Shankleton with Harper Events to be your wedding planner, is a non-negotiable. She knows the Houston wedding scene inside and out. She was professional, reassuring, passionate, and realistic with our budget when other vendors were seemingly not, which we greatly appreciated. Her value was immeasurable and her influence was vaster than I think we’ll ever really know; she truly kept us together. It’s like Hedi took all of our puzzle pieces and half-ideas, turned it into artwork, and then did the Elle Woods shrug, “what, like it’s hard?” Her assistant-for-the-day, Jacob Martinez, was also our energizer bunny King, picking up all our slack and fixing any missteps in real time on the wedding day. Our bridesmaids were actively walking down the aisle as my wife realized she’d left her bouquet on the first floor. That man FLEW down two flights of stairs and made it back in borderline supernatural timing. With Hedi and Jacob on our team, we knew our wedding night would be nothing short of extraordinary; they simply wouldn’t have allowed it.

My husband Daniel West and I were married in June of 2018. We were given Samantha’s name by friends who recently had gotten married in Houston and highly recommended her services. To say that Samantha was a blessing would be an understatement! From the moment we met her, we knew that everything was/would be in very good hands. During our first meeting she inquired as to what our “vision” was regarding our wedding and reception. As the weeks passed by, things fell into place with little to no stress due to Samantha’s attention to detail. She kept us in the loop and on track of the pressing decisions that needed to be made without undue pressure (unless we really needed it). Samantha remained open-minded and provided us fantastic suggestions for various vendors with quality services within our financial plan. She also provided us with excellent recommendations for the “little things” that would make a big difference to our experience without breaking the budget! Samantha brought a creative side to the process for our “modern metro” wedding--from our colors, flowers and themes to our beautful ceremonial glass and candle pedestals--everything was simply elegant, fresh and new. We did not have anyone helping us, as neither of our parents were involved in the planning process. In addition, we wanted all of our guests particiapting /celebrating with us not to worry about things in advance or that evening. Samantha’s efficiency and organizational skills made this possible both during our planning process as well as on the day of our wedding. Thinking back to what made the biggest impact regarding Samantha and her services, it was being able to trust her completely and knowing that everything was being taken care of. Samantha created a timeline of our entire wedding and reception “activities,” and it was surreal how everything ran like clockwork….we even started walking down the aisle a few minutes early! As a result of her attention to detail and unwavering tenacity, Daniel and I could be fully present for the ceremony and celebration. Looking back, the day was incredibly meaningful to everyone involved. So many of our guests told us that they had never been to such a beautful, special and fun wedding and reception. We highly recommend Samantha and her staff to anyone planning their special day or special occasion. Other than saying “I do”, it was the best decision we made!
