My husband and I hired them as our Day-of Coordinator, and it was one of the best decisions we made. From start to finish, they made everything seamless and stress-free. Huyen was our day-of wedding coordinator, and she is amazing! Huyen is communicative, jumps in to help, and detail-oriented. She was an excellent problem-solver and was quick on her feet when little hiccups occurred, like our cake topper breaking! About a year leading up to our wedding in January 2024, my husband and I had initially decided not to hire a wedding planner/coordinator... but as we got closer and closer to our day, it was clear that all the moving parts that come with wedding planning became too overwhelming for us to manage on our own. We decided to find someone to help us to alleviate that stress and we are SO glad we did!

By the time we found and reached out to Huyen online, we were about 6 months away from our wedding day, so we already had most of our vendors picked out and locked in and just needed someone to manage juggling all of them from that point on, including on the day of.

My husband and I are Cambodian and Vietnamese, so we ended up having 2 weddings -- a Khmer-Buddhist wedding and a Viet-Catholic wedding on 2 separate weekends. We only hired Huyen for the Viet-Catholic wedding, but she still came as a guest to our Khmer-Buddhist wedding and that really meant a lot to us.

Huyen has had many years of experience under her belt, and it was very apparent throughout our process with her --from asking all the right questions about small things that we would not have considered on our own.. to her access to a network of people within the local wedding industry that she has worked with before. This solidified that we made the right decision in choosing her.

Doing so ended up being one of the best decisions we made. She's extremely friendly, professional and well organized. We were able to meet with her virtually for an initial consultation to see whether she would be a good fit for us, and once that was decided, we scheduled many more meetings throughout the months leading up to our wedding day including an in-person walk-through of our venue. And most importantly, on the wedding day, Huyen and her team took care of all the moving parts that applied to our itinerary including transferring florals, setting up decorations and taking them down at the end of the night.

I think one of the biggest pieces of advice my husband and I could give to any couple getting married would be to expect that there will for sure be things that won't go exactly as planned... this was definitely the case for us on the day of our Viet-Catholic wedding, but since we had Huyen with us, she 100% took on that stress for us so that we didn't have to. We know for certain that had she not been there for us, our day would not have been as enjoyable as it was. My husband and I are so happy that we chose her. xo

We hired Huyen for her coordinator services. Huyen went above and beyond more than what coordinators would typically do. We hired her about 7 months before the wedding. Our wedding was in May. She met with us every month until April we met every 2 weeks. In May we met every week. She made sure we were on top of things and would give us tasks to finish before our next meeting. This helped us to stay organized. I was telling my makeup artist about her and she even was surprised that a coordinator would do as much as she did. She was willing to meet with us to pick up our wedding items to transport to venue. On day of wedding she wanted the wedding party to relax so she set up the decor that I DIYed. I had nothing to do so I helped but normally, she would do everything herself. She kept telling me not to touch the stuff but I did anyways lol. While we were dancing, she and her assistant broke down everything and put into the cars that we told her ahead of time. By the end, we were all ready to go and did not have anything to worry about. She speaks Vietnamese so she was able to translate to my parents on what they have to do and where they're sitting during ceremony. She helped out with the timeline and told the wedding party. She reached out to all the vendors ahead of time to confirm they know the time, date, location etc. That ease our mind not having to contact them ourselves.

We had our wedding at Kim Son and had a ton of family (Vietnamese) attend. She speaks the language fluently was able to usher our guests to the proper tables and sort out the chaos so we could enjoy the evening.
Leading up to the date, she made sure that we accounted for everything and connected us to the vendors we needed during our monthly check ins. She also conducted our tea ceremony and clearly explained every step to our family and guests.
Huyen was honestly so patient with us - we had a lot of last minute items and she kept her cool through it all.
Her team was also super helpful and so friendly. We cannot thank them enough for their hard work.

Huyen was recommended to me through a friend. I am satisfied with her dedication and her professionalism! She was very organized and helped kept me in line with my wedding process. She excecated everything we discussed. She handled a 500 guest count and without her i am not sure it could have went as smooth! I am so appreciative of her and her hard work!

This box is too small to fit all the things that Huyen did for us on the planning and on the execution of our wedding. If you want a stress free experience on wedding planning, she is your person. She plans with the greatest detail, handles the drama, manages issues, works well with other vendors, and just genuinely cares that your wedding happens the way you and your love envision it. Plus, she is my sister so I'm undoubtedly biased, but also speak nothing but the truth.
