Huyen was our day-of wedding coordinator, and she is amazing! Huyen is communicative, jumps in to help, and detail-oriented. She was an excellent problem-solver and was quick on her feet when little hiccups occurred, like our cake topper breaking! Huyen made sure everything went smoothly so we were able to relax and enjoy our wedding without having to keep track of all the details. Thank you, Huyen! -

About a year leading up to our wedding in January 2024, my husband and I had initially decided not to hire a wedding planner/coordinator... but as we got closer and closer to our day, it was clear that all the moving parts that come with wedding planning became too overwhelming for us to manage on our own. We decided to find someone to help us to alleviate that stress and we are SO glad we did!
By the time we found and reached out to Huyen online, we were about 6 months away from our wedding day, so we already had most of our vendors picked out and locked in and just needed someone to manage juggling all of them from that point on, including on the day of.
My husband and I are Cambodian and Vietnamese, so we ended up having 2 weddings -- a Khmer-Buddhist wedding and a Viet-Catholic wedding on 2 separate weekends. We only hired Huyen for the Viet-Catholic wedding, but she still came as a guest to our Khmer-Buddhist wedding and that really meant a lot to us.
Huyen has had many years of experience under her belt, and it was very apparent throughout our process with her --from asking all the right questions about small things that we would not have considered on our own.. to her access to a network of people within the local wedding industry that she has worked with before. This solidified that we made the right decision in choosing her.
Doing so ended up being one of the best decisions we made. She's extremely friendly, professional and well organized. We were able to meet with her virtually for an initial consultation to see whether she would be a good fit for us, and once that was decided, we scheduled many more meetings throughout the months leading up to our wedding day including an in-person walk-through of our venue. And most importantly, on the wedding day, Huyen and her team took care of all the moving parts that applied to our itinerary including transferring florals, setting up decorations and taking them down at the end of the night.
I think one of the biggest pieces of advice my husband and I could give to any couple getting married would be to expect that there will for sure be things that won't go exactly as planned... this was definitely the case for us on the day of our Viet-Catholic wedding, but since we had Huyen with us, she 100% took on that stress for us so that we didn't have to. We know for certain that had she not been there for us, our day would not have been as enjoyable as it was. My husband and I are so happy that we chose her. xo -

Huyen is someone you can trust because she is reliable, dedicated, and guaranteed to deliver. There is absolutely no one else I think is meant for this work, but her. In the whole wedding planning process, she always had my best interest, never pushed any ideas onto me, and she was extremely patient and generous. My special day was unforgettable because she ensured no detail was overlooked. I am so grateful for her tenacity when problems arise because she will quickly resolve and action. One example being she impeccably executed my art seating arrangement installation minutes before cocktail hour began. I highly recommend her to anyone because her heart and energy are unmatched! -

Rawrmazing!
This box is too small to fit all the things that Huyen did for us on the planning and on the execution of our wedding. If you want a stress free experience on wedding planning, she is your person. She plans with the greatest detail, handles the drama, manages issues, works well with other vendors, and just genuinely cares that your wedding happens the way you and your love envision it. Plus, she is my sister so I'm undoubtedly biased, but also speak nothing but the truth. -
